This little shopping precinct has played a huge part in regenerating the main road from Comber to Newtownards. Features a selection of independent green shoot businesses, a great addition to the huge shopping draw of Ards on the peninsula.

First day for craft fair at The Precinct and it was a great day, plenty to offer with the existing shops and a good range of stalls, it was good to see so many people about, great atmosphere!

Fab spot with a range of Sole Traders! Worth a visit!

A secret gem in Newtownards. Lovely we pop up regular markets as well.

Sorely disappointed to hear that Sweetie Pie / Glenda will no longer be on the Precinct. She was the Hub , the draw for that area , her craic was infectious and had customers returning far and wide time and time for her delicious food . I shall miss her personally taylored lunches big time sad day for newtownards .
