Hi folks. We’ve been experiencing a few issues with our credit/debit card terminals the last few days in The Quays and Georgia’s Coffee House. We’ve been in contact with our line providers and card terminal providers and hope to have these issues resolved by the weekend. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Our Christmas menu has officially started today. Good to see some of the new dishes selling already. The favourite so far is the pan roasted 5 spiced duck breast, spiced roasted plums, wilted pak-Choi, confit duck leg fritter and roasted duck jus. #quaysfamily

Went to the Quays Restaurant for dinner today. The food was magnificent, we both had fish starters also fish as main meal, totally amazing the flavours and salads. Will definetly go back and would highly recommend it to everyone. You will not be disappointed, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Visited yesterday for a fry up! It was absolutely delicious! Can't wait to go back for lunch next time

The service is efficient and the choice of menu is really good. Everyone should find something they like to eat. There is plenty of car parking as well. They do have an wide choice off seafood to choose from but my favourite is the southern fried chicken stack.

User

Thanks to all the staff at the Quays for looking after me and my family circle for the meal following my father's funeral.

As always the food was first class and we could not have asked for better service. Janine, Aaron and Richard were brilliant and I know there's the rest of the team behind the scenes too.

Thank you all for your kindness and assistance and may you continue to enjoy the success you so rightly deserve.

Our favourite place to eat. Bit away as we live in Ballynure but always worth the drive. Richard has been there since we stumbled past the place in 2004ish, and himself and all the staff are brilliant. Crab Claws and Prawns to die for and our kids who hate fish always love all the other lovely goodies in offer. All in in all awsome.

User

One of our favourite places for that special lunch or dinner treat. Going to the Quays is always a wonderful occasion, and we are always made to feel very welcome. Food is superb, service exceptional and staff are all smiles! That may sound silly to some, but to us it has always been a sign of not just a good restaurant, but a great one as it shows the people happy to be working there. :) always glad to be going there!

My friends come to The Quays Restaurant every time they are in Northern Ireland. They made sure when I came along this time that I could experience the fabulous food and unique atmosphere that The Quays Restaurant had to offer. I was not disappointed. The food was truly delicious and I enjoyed watching the Irish Sea out the windows. I am hooked. I will make sure on my next trip to Northern Ireland I include the Quays Restaurant.

User

Keep up the good work. We had a family meal in here at the weekend. Helpings were huge. One request - can ye get Harp on tap for next time? I might buy a few. PS - the Armagh cider sauce, black pudding and pork belly went down a treat. Never lose the local-ness of this unique venue.

I visited the Quays restaurant for the first time the day of the Sea food festival. There were 3 of us after being shown to our seats the waitress told us she would be back in a few minutes to take our drink orders. 25 mins later a waiter arrived wanting our food order . I told him we hadn't ordered any drinks and he apologised and took our drink and food order together. After our starter and main course which was excellent we waited 40 mins for someone to bring the dessert menu . We eventually got fed up so I went to the waiter station and asked for the bill and I complained to the waitress who had first shown us to our table about the poor service. She asked me where we had been sitting I told her and she apologised. All in all great food but lousy service.
