Wonderful food & excellent service at your special 50 Shades evening tonight! Well done to all involved- it was fantastic!!

We were at the Beauty & The Beast high tea yesterday before the movie it was fantastic really well organised and professional the clock @ candlestick were so funny their voices were great and in character throughout, belle was also very good she took time to speak to all the children individually an excellent singer they were all brilliant really entertaining the kids and adults had a blast 👏🏻

Took kids to the soft play area, and loved it was my 1st time taking them was so much to do with the machines to play on, hockey game even won a teddy each from grab it machine, definitely recommend this place to anyone that has kids, will definitely be back again �

Staff is very friendly and enjoyed every minute of the hi tea and also I would book vip again and also thanks for all your hospitality at cookstown ritz cinema I highly recommended to anyone who hasn’t been vip before well done and keep up the good work hope to be back any time soon

My friend and myself went tonight to watch mama Mia really enjoyed it. Haven't been to this cinema in years it's luvly clean friendly staff well laid out. ENJOYED

Just went to watch my little pony with my little girl but before that we had fun at the play area :) once again both areas really do look after you. We were only ones in watching my little pony and they still played it where as most other cinemas I've been too would of cancelled the film. 5+++ stars all the way once again thanks for the amazing night out :)

Just been to see Santa and it was brilliant! We had all the time we needed with him, no rush and he was amazing with the kids! Definitely worth the £5!!

I was one of the last competition winners!! Been going to the ritz since I was a child it’s always been my favourite cinema, it’s always clean and tidy, popcorns great and pick and mix is just to good! Screens are great and the VIP is class!! I have also now got a 2 year old I held her 2nd Birthday in the ritz kidz soft play area, I would highly recommend for an under 8 party, the staff were lovely and food for kids was great, I also ordered a small buffet for the adults which was also lovely and so reasonably priced, highly recommend!! �

I had my son’s birthday party in Ritz Kidz today followed by a movie.

I cannot praise the staff enough, nothing was a bother for them. Welcoming, pleasant, friendly & extremely helpful. Extra thank you to Martin as I’ve had him tortured over the phone asking questions etc.

And it is also brilliant value for money.

Thank you all who were on working today, you all helped my son having a brilliant day.

Highly recommend the high tea themed nights lovely home made food and lovely attentive staff :)

Had my daughters 3rd birthday party in their soft play and games area... nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were fantastic with the kids! The food was lovely and great portions.

The kids loved it and had lots of fun, it's very clean and serves great coffee 5 out of 5... well done ritz kidz �

Experienced the fabulous VIP Suite at the ritz today watching Peter Rabbit with my kids and a couple of their friends... highly highly recommend-lovely chatty, friendly staff ... brilliant afternoon had by all �

I go to cinema often.. I love VIP area.. Thursday night was the first I had to complain.. took my daughter to see Annabelle VIP for her birthday but some girls talked and shouted the whole way through really ruined the atmosphere of the movie.. we will prob have to wait till it comes out on DVD to watch it properly.. thanks to the staff member who walked up and down to see.. she was lovely but it didn't work..

Was very disappointed that quite a few machine in the kids zone took our tokens but wouldn't work!! Also the fact that the staff serving in the coffee area don't have their very long hair tied up... very unhygienic ... so i didn't purchase as much as a coffee

I wish to thank the Ritz Moneyplex for their VIP experience this evening. I was so impressed when you found time to put Deadpool on after at 20 minutes of adverts. Top work. Hope showing a film didn’t eat into to your advert revenue cash too much.

Unless you Prebook you don’t get a seat. Should be 50/50. Not everyone wants to prebook/ some can’t/ some choose not to. What happened to buying a ticket in the cinema. Lots of disappointed kids today. Bad way to run a cinema.

I've been asked by management to edit my previous review. My child like any other was getting fidgety at the end of a movie he was on his knees and the chair flipped up he fell between the seat and got trapped by the head and neck we tryed to release him and could not my husband went to get help and asked staff to put on light my child was panicking as was I he became very distressed a lady and family helped us after a 4/5 mins we got him out I felt mistreated as he was barely out wen the light was switched off I'm not blaming staff for this as I feel staff have not been trained in such a situation but they could have asked was he ok and left the light on till I had checked my son on leaving there was staff at the door who still did not ask was he ok I felt customer care was very poor and I don't want this to happen to some1 else
