I have been using The Room for 4 years and I have come away from each and every treatment feeling rejuvenated and revived. I suffer from some neck and shoulder tension probably caused by sitting at a computer at work every day. Tracy and Niamh are just fantastic therapists - they are very intuitive with their craft and take into account any request I have for special attention. The rooms are beautiful and the heated treatment tables help you to just drift away. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Can't wait for my next treatment.

This has to be the most unprofessional service I have ever came across I booked 3 days in advance for my feincie to get a lunch time massage. When she got there she was they told she would have to wait for 10 mins. After the 10 mins went by she was there told that she would have to come back later that day as the could no longer take her at the that time. Let Down and utterly apoled
