Yummy healthy breakfast there on Mother’s Day Sunday morning.. as Annie says “I will be back!!”

We were at The Scullery for a meal on Saturday evening - early bird menu - the food and service was excellent. The company wasn't bad either �(the football was on the big screen)

Myself and 2 friends were in tonight for dinner we had lasagne and chicken stack portions were perfect food hot and besutifully presented pavlova and cheese cake for desert delicious .It was nice when chef came over to get well earned praise r

My husband and I called in yesterday for lunch the service and food were 10/10 and will return

Just finished a meal here.. Food and service was fantastic..got our order taken quickly and food came hot and quickly aswell



Will defiantly be back here and recommending it to others

Ive eatin here quite a few times for breakfast, lunch and dinner and ive enjoyed each and every visit.. the staff are very friendly and polite, the food is awesome and the place in genaral has a nice atmosphere.. sunday past i took my family here after winning a meal for two via there facebook page and as always it was enjoyed by everyone of us.. thanks to everyone at the Scullery.

Had a lovely Christmas dinner with my family on Sunday.Festive atmosphere,comfortable sofas, friendly service and tasty food,will definitely come back again. Our waiter offered free glass of beer with dinner and the waitress brought colouring pencils for my son.My husband enjoyed Christmas music over the radio and I just loved our outing. Scullery definitely put us all in a festive spirit with its gorgeous decorations and excellent customer service!

Called in on the way home from a long bike ride from West Mayo back to Donaghadee. All we wanted was a cup of tea and a rest for half an hour. We asked was this ok and we were welcomed perfectly. Service was prompt, courteous and we were still made to feel like proper diners, we weren’t hurried out or ignored either. While we were there, there were plenty of happy, animated, cheerful people enjoying what looked like great food. Will be back.

3 friends and myself went for a meal last evening and we were served by a lovely young waitress and a tall, handsome young waiter who were so helpful and patient as we tried to decide what to eat. Finally 3 had salmon on noodles and I had steak. All was perfectly cooked and we cleared our plates. Thank you to the Chef who checked that everything was all right and to our waiter and waitress.

Was here today with my parents the food was lovely but the service was awful!! Needa sort your staff out especially this time if year!!



The wee girl that was serving on till taking orders n clearing tables NEEDS a BONUS after all her hard work today as she done what she could wasn't her fault service was bad as she was rushed off her feet management you really need to sort the rotas/staff a lot better!!

Was here Friday teatime. Service was polite and prompt on arrival. I had the salted chilli chicken to start which when it arrived it looked as dry as Gandi's flip flop. The chicken was clearly not freshly cooked, reheated from days ago I suspect. Chicken so dry it was cracking and zero taste of chilli, very hard to stomach. My girlfriend had the brussetta which see found very difficult to even cut. My main was a burger as had a 10 year old with us (children's version) the meat in both were over cooked and too burnt on sides to eat. Cutlery hadn't been replaced after starter so we had to ask for cutlery for mains. All in all a dissapointing experience with vast room for improvement.

Will not be back. Service atrocious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went on Sunday 25th February for my partners dads birthday. We booked table for 8. Got in and seated girl game with menus we asked then for kids menus. Girl left and went on serving other people we then had to get up and ask for the menus. Took our drinks order and only came with half the order, again we had to go back up and ask for the rest of the drinks, which by this stage they had forgot what our order was. She Took the food order and was told be 15 mins on food still didn't come after half an hr, one on the meals was then wrong and had to be sent back. We then had to ask for our vegetables as wasnt served with our dinners. Also forgot to bring the chips ordered and again had to be asked for. The food however was gorgeous. Then took 20 mins after we'd finished our meal for table to be cleared and orderd desserts girl went away 10 mins later came back to say they were sold out of 2 of the desserts. They then forgot about a dessert and again we had to go up and ask for it. To top it all off the bill was even wrong tried to overcharge us. Never have I witnessed such bad customer service was the first time and last time I will be there. Youd need to hire well trained waitresses.

We went to the scullery today & one of the ladies had dietary requirements which could not be met, the ciabattas were all prepared prior to order & they could not make a fresh one, the menu selection for lunch was very poor, needless to say I don’t think we will be back. This was very disappointing as the selection used to be a lot better

Visited today for some hot drinks each one a different type but equally awful very disappointing �

Terrible - My wife, 8 month old child and I are just home from The Scullery and what a disaster! We ordered 2 standard sandwiches from the menu.

We waited around 30 mins with nothing. I counted 4 other tables that ordered after us who received their food. We then prompted the waitress to check where our food was. There was obviously confusion at the pass where the food comes out of the kitchen as there was frantic searching for the order etc. We were told the food would be with us in a few minutes, which it was. I however think this was the most insulting part of the whole experience as my order which was meant to be a 'creamy peppered streak ciabatta' ended up being a baguette with slices of cold roast beef inside and a few wilted peppers. Needless to say, we sent the food back and left. There was no point speaking with anyone as after the brutal food we had got served, there was no way we wanted anything else. On another note, my wife had to source the child's high chair herself and we were never provided with cutlery at any stage. Probably the poorest experience we have ever had when eating out.

Just had the most ridiculous restaurant experience ever at this establishment!! Took our seats and we’re eventually provided with two menus, one of which was blank inside! After eventually deciding on our choices we were approached by the waitress who (wait for this!) advised us that the restaurant had ran out of food!! Felt sorry for the poor girl who had to relay such pathetic information but we duly put our jackets back on and left, never to return! Someone might need a crash course on stock control! Even more ironic given the restaurant is located right next door to a supermarket which I’m sure would have some stock, that would’ve allowed the chef to improvise, but no, we are closing because we have no food! Pathetic!
