We visited this morning for breakfast with Santa and it was lovely, well organised, the breakfast was very good and the Elves were great. Mrs Claus was so nice and Santa was lovely. Fab morning with family and friends. Thank you

Was lucky enough to have been nominated for a recent competition and won!! Was welcomed by some lovely ladies in the shop and told to take a look around and I could pick whatever I wanted up to £50. Lovely shop, very helpful staff, very warm feel about it. You won’t be stuck for gift ideas.

This is a wee hidden gem. I loved my visit today as did my sister and aunt. The plants are very reasonably priced and the variety was superb. I also loved the gift shop. Again well priced. The food was excellent and your staff were very friendly. We had a lovely afternoon. I will definitely visit again and bring lots more money next time.

The food was outstanding and the staff were very chatty and friendly we both had prams with us and the staff were so attentive. I'll most definitely be back and the gift shop is also fabulous for all occasions. I'd recommend this place and I will be back.

Me and my wife went for lunch on Monday along with our 2 year old child for the first time. The food was great, good choice on the menu and the staff where friendly and helpful. Price on the menu was good for the quality off food, was impressed. Don’t no what people would complain about. Was busy which is also a good sign. Would recommend it and go back ourselves

Of course the Christmas shop is my favourite, lovely selection of decorations, trees and lights. Was delighted when I won a Facebook competition, I was able to get a reindeer for outside my house that I have been saving for. Thank you secret garden.

For such a wet Easter Monday we went to the Secret Garden for a late breakfast (20 of us), we were very well looked after, the staff were polite and quick to serve such a large number. All the food was served at the same time and to a very high standard, I would highly recommended the Secret Garden for food, surroundings and service, they also do a 3 course meal on a Thursday and Saturday evening, I’ll look forward to a return visit

Best selection of GLUTEN FREE food in any restaurant about! The gluten free raspberry and white chocolate scone is freshly baked and to DIE FOR! The staff are absolutely first class! Portion sizes are generous and the upstairs has a beautiful view while you eat some scrumptious food. Highly recommended! I'll be back soon!

We visited the secret garden away at the beginning of opening and had not been back purely as we are not up that part of the world much, but we went yesterday (thur) it was really nice, had to ask for a menu but your staff were busy enough so it didn't bother me. The lady was able to tell us specials and we ordered lunch. My husband's burger had great flavour and my chicken staff was really filling. We decided to order dessert the cheesecake special and I had apple pie. I did ask for it heated but it came cold, I spoke to the lovely guy and he sorted it. It was a really good lunch, people go there to chill and have a chat and it is nice. Only one thing more eye contact with your customers x

We had a really disappointing trip last week to the Secret Garden. We took our twin Grandchildren for their first visit and were initially impressed as they were given an excellent "Childrens Menu" which looked very grown up, and not just tucked at the bottom of the main menu as in many other eating places, and a good variety of choices. Decisions made and orders placed.......but were so disappointed when set in front of them (apologies I should have told you, the twins are aged 10) lovely lovely food but on coloured chunky plastic (Ikea I assume) plates �......the kind used for a toddler who sits in a high chair.

Visited the secret garden today with family 8 of us in total a get together with family over on holiday from Australia have done this for the last 3 yrs and have to say today we were very disappointed in both the food and the service

The length of time it took to serve the hot food I feel was unacceptable and when it arrived was far from nice the girl that took our order was lovely but the staff that greeted us when we arrived were not very helpful at all on previous years the staff have always been so accommodating and so pleasant allowing us to go upstairs to sit in comfort but today we were told , we would have to wait until another group had left so they could put two tables together for us to be seated

Don’t understand why when there were tables that could have been put together right where we were standing , instead we stood around and felt we were in the way of others arriving in the restaurant , while they set up an area which really wasn’t meant to facilitate a group of 8

Love the shop and the nursery area but won’t be back to eat in the restaurant again ....

after waiting over an hour for a table for four,had to ask for menu's,two of our meals came out wrong,coffee had to be replaced was cold,no water after asking twice for it.There was no xmas pudding on the afternoon tea tray as advertised,was told that's a mince pie,I know its Christmas and a very popular place but this time I'm not impressed with the service or the food.

On a visit this morning (Saturday) to the restaurant for breakfast, we were shown to our table and waited more than 10 mins to be served, grant it was busy, but people who came in after us were served and got tea and scones while we sat and waited, needless to say we won’t be back but hey we got a fantastic and very courteous service 2 mins along. The road at BINKYS KITCHEN.

after waiting over an hour for a table for four,had to ask for menu's,two of our meals came out wrong,coffee had to be replaced was cold,no water after asking twice for it.There was no xmas pudding on the afternoon tea tray as advertised,was told that's a mince pie,I know its Christmas and a very popular place but this time I'm not impressed with the service or the food.

On a visit this morning (Saturday) to the restaurant for breakfast, we were shown to our table and waited more than 10 mins to be served, grant it was busy, but people who came in after us were served and got tea and scones while we sat and waited, needless to say we won’t be back but hey we got a fantastic and very courteous service 2 mins along.
