What an amazing place! From the minute we arrived we were treated so well by pleasant, helpful staff. The hydro pool was fabulous as was the sauna, steam room and the thermal lounger......it was so relaxing. Our massages were superb and the bee venom facial was fantastic. To end the treatments we enjoyed time in the relaxation suite with prosecco, fresh fruit and a lovely birthday cake. Thank you, it was perfect.

What a lovely place the staff were lovely from we went on to leaving. I won a competition for two spa treatments and afternoon tea for two so me and my friend Karen went and had the most relaxing day �

We had the best time here for my friends hen party on Saturday! Literally perfect from start to finish. The spa is amazing and the staff couldn't do enough for us. I had a pregnancy massage which was amazing and I would definitely recommend! Can't wait to come back!

My friend Lorraine and I treated ourselves yesterday to the Heaven afternoon tea ritual and it certainly was heavenly! An hour in the Hydrotherapy pool(which was empty apart from us), a back massage and facial followed by a delicious afternoon tea. I was so relaxed during my treatments I fell asleep! It was a wonderful experience that I hope to repeat again in the future. Thanks to all the girls in the spa who made us feel very welcome, relaxed and rested 😊

Four of us used the hydrotherapy suite and had treatments at The Spa. Everyone was lovely from start to finish and the fruit and prosecco in the relaxation room finished it off nicely. There was no rushing. Highly recommend a day here.

Being a beauty therapist myself, I had the best massage I have ever had and never felt so relaxed and on a different plant completely afterward.

The relaxation room was amazing with fresh fruit and water.

Was here with a friend last weekend for a treatment and thermal spa, my treatment was top class . But I was so disappointed with the cleanliness of the spa,the scum around the water line was disgusting and the bleach marks all over the gown in my locker was very poor. Not what I expected from the merchant .
