Vacancy now available! We have an opportunity for a Junior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We are looking for a confident individual with experience of managing their own section, who can work well within a team but also can use initiative and maintain our high standards. If you love cooking with local produce and have a passion for serving fresh to order meals, we'd love to hear from you! All our full-time chefs enjoy a 4 day work week as well as various other perks which we can discuss at interview. Good afternoon, it's here, it's live, it's on display. "What's he talking about?" it's our hamper give away. From now until the 30th November when you pay your bill just fill out your name and contact info* on the back of your receipt and pop it in the jar.
*Upon the winner being drawn and notified, all the receipts will be destroyed. Your information WILL NOT be used for anything other than contacting you if you win

Good morning Facebook followers, It's Sunday, Its cooling down, but our kitchen is heating up, we're getting our Yorkie's in the oven (not the choccy bar) our catch of the day is being prepared as I type and of course our slow cooked Roast Beef has been going for a few hours. Must mean one thing.... Sunday lunch is underway, We will be ready to serve these treats and more from 12 noon until, see you soon. B

Went on a Saturday afternoon for my Nan's birthday we had afternoon tea.....loved it! The staff were really attentive & the afternoon tea was delightful. The Swift has a lovely decor & a very nice feel about the place with beautiful views.

We rented the cocktail bar and the staff were brilliant ! Especially Chris and Alan. Deffs recomend here of ur looking a venue.

We had our wedding reception here recently the staff could not have done more for us to give us a really special day. The food was amazing and was really enjoyed by everyone. Superb

The staff were warm, friendly, humorous and generous. Honestly best service and hospitality experienced in years. They had a slimmers menu that was such a surprise as it's hard to find healthy food out. And what a tasty delight! Definitely will be back. My friend ate Brisket and it was mouth watering. Cocktails superb both alcoholic and sans alcohol! Thanks team at Swift! #hospitalitymatters

Popped in for a quick dinner after visiting the castle and funfair and have to say the staff are the friendliest we have ever met in a restaurant. They were so nice to our little boys. Thanks so much, we really enjoyed our visit!

Not impressed garlic potatoes had no garlic l could taste. The lasagne wasn’t bad but mushy underneath. Coleslaw!! Is that what it was. And that was just my meal !! Won’t be rushing back

Went for lunch yesterday for the first time and we didnt enjoy it the food was very dry,it tasted as if it had been reheated,gammon steak and chips i had and my partner had fish and chips,wasnt much in the fish,gammon steak was hard to get down and the chips,was going to complain but we just said to ourselfes we wouldnt be back.

Would have gave this 0 stars. Was here a while back. First and last time. Ordered steak and never seen a steak like that in my life was more like a chop. Everything was not cooked fresh it was just through on the plate also. Always order desserts for the adults and the kids but didnt even bother here just paid and left. My kids didnt even eat the food. Awful experience
