Wow. What an amazing night we had. Love this place. Beautiful and fab atmosphere. Not one complaint could I make. The champagne on arrival had some kick lol. The food was beautifully presented and far more than expected. Cocktails are the best I've ever had and at least there is alcohol in them unlike some cheaper versions. The movie went without a problem altho I expected there to be some aftee reading reviews. Staff are great. Friendly. Helpful. Chatty. I'd strongly recommend this place for a girls night out or wee night with someone special. Like a night at the movies made extra special and wee chat along the way.

User

Fabulous evening at the treehouse movie night watching beaches with my mum celebrating an early Mother's Day. Beautiful venue, tasty food, amazing film & friendly staff. Will definitely be back

User

Decor is beautiful! Cocktails even better and the Tapas are just

Brilliant service too. Couldn’t really ask for much more.

User

Been a few times, most recently we saw Die Hard just before Christmas. It's brilliant in this place! Bit chilly despite the heaters and blankets, but throw say jumper on and it's sweet!

User

Attended the movie night for Mean Girls last night and it was so good. Food was lovely. I was panicking about it being so cold but we got a great wee sit beside the heater. Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch also. Can't wait to return for another film

User

Attended the Christmas Movie night last night. It was a great night. Great atmosphere and very relaxing. Fantastic mix of people there, fron couples, to friends and families.

Greeted with Prosecco at the door and then served tapas before movie. Bar opened throughout movie also and very accessible.

A lovely night out to do anytime if the year.

User

Decor is absolutely stunning. It's such a lovely setting. There was however, too much seating and not enough heaters. Such a terrible draft towards the front, near the main screen as all the heaters were towards the back. The movie (Dirty Dancing) started at about 19:45 which wasn't too bad. The cocktails are a bit on the expensive side, and the buy one get one free only applys to two cocktails, neither of which I like. The 'tapas' wasn't tapas however, merely a plate of appetizers. However, there was a good amount and the food was delicious. The tapas didn't start arrive to about 30 minutes into the movie, and were very staggered, with some still not have being served by the end of the movie. The food went cold quick, but it is a roof top bar, but my friend got hers fifteen minutes after I got mine, and hers was cold. It needs to be better organised, especially for such a popular movie night. I would go again, but would arrive earlier to get a seat by a heater, and go on a quiter night, if they have those.

User

Beautiful location but chef covered my food in salt it ruined my meal.

User

Went to watch the mean girls movie on October 3rd dinner was lovely more than what bargained for lovely set up in the place. What I didn't enjoy was the movie stopping at starting and jumping back and forth to different scenes. It started 40 mins later and also there was no back on the chairs at the front which was uncomfortable. Although I went down stairs to complain and got speaking to pearse who understood and explained there was a fault he couldn't of been anymore helpful. Pearse was helpful with refund and gave me other tickets for a different movie and because of this I will give it another go

User

Went for the Mean Girls movie night, and got seats at the front. They were backless stools so ended up having backache throughout the entire movie. Could have been better laid out so that the front row could have proper chairs etc. Movie started 40 mins late and had to watch the same scene over and over until technical issues could be sorted out- a few people actually left it was taking so long. I think it should have been better organised. No consideration of allergies or any vegetarian options for the Tapas meal however food was lovely and there was more than expected. Only one barman on at points so making cocktails was lengthy meaning a queue was formed when people are trying to enjoy the movie. The decor of the Treehouse however is stunning and was an enjoyable enough night out!

User

Beautiful place had a wonderful evening apart from food being cold. Also just a point I would like to make the seating is very tight and right up against the toilets. I was thinking on bringing my mother who is in a wheelchair. Unfortunately there would be no way the access to the disabled toilet is a disgrace.

User

We to see hocus pocus week ago just found the staff so rude and unhelpful only a few staff mind you. Remember one wee boy working away and was friendly enough can't say the same for the others

User

The treehouse is a lovely setting with a lot of potential however, there is a lot of awkward seating, with poor views and insufficient heating for a January movie night. The 'tapas' was a mini burger, some fries and chicken skewers, which we finally received at 8.45 after complaining, and it was cold. The food was very staggered with some receiving it 30 mins into the movie and some beside us still were not served by the end of the movie - on arrival we were told food was 7pm and movie 7.30pm. I can’t understand how this was then served nearly 2 hours later, after the movie, when you plan an evening in advance, knowing the number of attendees. The organisation must be improved, particularly given that they arrange so many movie nights. When we complained the manager apologised, stating they would be emailing out and offering everyone another night to return and to ‘show us what they could do’, however we have never received such an apology and I have no intention of returning.

User

Went here for a movie. When the food was served my partner asked for the vegetarian option which she was told would not be a problem. She never received her food and, upon messaging the Treehouse through Facebook the next day to complain, they couldn't be bothered replying. I'll not be back.

User

Not a great experience unfortunately. Went to a viewing of Hocus Pocus and the movie appeared to be a download. It kept freezing and the sound quality was very poor and way too loud. Manager apologised which was appreciated but on top of that there was a queue for the bar even though there was only 25-30 people. Lovely surroundings but not a great night for me.

Made a reservation with yourselves for Mother's Day. First thing i asked over the phone was children welcome she said certainly. Table booked for 5.45pm for 4 adults & 2 children & i said we had a 4 month old baby she said it wasn't a problem & asked if i needed a highchair. We tried to ring you to say we on way due to an accident on the motorway we were running few minutes behind but got no answer. After eventually getting a parking space we arrived 5 minutes late. This was our first time at the Treehouse we weren't sure where to go as there was no signs for treehouse but i knew from the girl taking the booking that am/pm was part of it. Went into am/pm to ask directions. My mum is on a walking stick so we took the slow lift to the top floor to the treehouse. No one came over to us we stood for a good 5 minutes. It wasn't busy plenty empty tables. The children age 8 & 10 were looking forward to eating there aswell as the rest of us. Eventually a man came over while looking at his watch & i said who we were he then burst our bubble by saying we can't eat in the treehouse we will have to get seated in the other restaurant 'am/pm'. I asked why & he gave several excuses. One being that they serve alcohol & people will be coming in to buy drinks & they don't allow children on the premises (even though they put us downstairs in am/pm right in front of the bar). Another reason was they said we were 40 minutes late & the chef's finished serving at 6.15pm (despite me being offered at time of booking up til 9pm) We then pointed out it was only 6pm & we were only 5 mins late & waited another 5mins before anyone came over to us. My 2 older daughters were getting cross as the reasons kept changing as to why we weren't able to eat in the treehouse, i tried to stay calm as my mother had to take a seat & is recovering from a cancer operation & also the children were listening. Another reason was yous were busy & had ran out of food. Now if that's the case why when we got seated in am/pm were we offered the menu from upstairs in the treehouse aswell as their own menu??? We were very disappointed & how do you explain to young children when we didn't even know the real reason as to why they weren't allowed to sit upstairs. At this stage of the evening with hungry children to feed we reluctantly had our meal downstairs. Not once were we given an apology from upstairs. The staff in am/pm were very nice to us it wasn't their fault & accomdated us the best they could. Our service was quick & food was nice but it didn't make up for the bad customer service we received from the start upstairs in the Treehouse. This was my older daughters first mother's Day & my mum has been ill with cancer & i really wanted our day to be special. I can't fault am/pm at all but i do feel we are owed a proper explanation & not excuses & an apology wouldn't go a miss either. I won't be recommending the treehouse to any of my friends or family after our experience on Mother's Day.....

User

I have never experienced as poor service as we received here last night. Table for 17 (which we booked extremely far in advance)- we were given a table for ten and told the rest would have to sit on stools at small tables behind us because they had too many bookings...the manager then proceed to leave us all just standing there looking at the table and disappeared off without another word. We had to rearrange the table ourself to try and get more of us sitting together and not one member of staff came to help. 45mins to get our first round of drinks and then nearly an hour and a half for our starters. The food was a very high standard which probably saved the evening. But the staff we dealt with provided exceptionally bad customer service, clearly avoided us when they realised how badly they were handling the booking and did not stand over the discount we had been told we received if we stayed for dinner (we were going to head round to Nando's cause we were all starving) we did get discount off the overall bill (although not the one that was promised to us) but honestly if you are thinking of booking here for a large party don't!!!! Actually if you are thinking of booking here at all don't!!!

User

Hocus pocus VIP night was a burnt plate of chicken tendrils and a downloaded copy of the film that kept skipping and eventually had to be turned off and everyone had to leave. Was actually quite funny. We were told though they would be in touch and we would get a full refund (£15 each) , but didn't hear from them and then nobody responded to the message I sent them.

User

Came to see Scream tonight as part of your movie nights. Paid £10 each, myself and the boyfriend, the movie skipped so much and had to be stopped and started again 4 times. The video quality and sound was absolutely awful too. Could’ve stayed at home and watched it on Netflix, thought it would be a bit of fun to watch it on a big screen - will not go to another one of these. Very disappointed.
