We have booked our holidays through Thomas Cook Abbeycentre for a few years now with never a problem. Good company and good staff.

We have just returned from tenerife having booked a week at Bahia Principe Tenerife hotel with Sharon. The service she provided was excellent. I seen the offer on Facebook and after a telephone call it was all booked. One if the best holidays we have had. Everything was seamless from booking till returning home. The hotel was amazing too. Thank you Sharon. We r keeping our eyes out for any more offers!

Sharon was fantastic on the phone when trying to sort out our holiday. Even with major system errors in the shop, she called me back within the hour with our holiday booked and a better hotel for the same price! �

Just like to say a big thank you to the team in abbey, the cruise was fantastic, just like you said. Thanks again for all your help and guidance.

I've books lots of times with this branch due to the fact that the staff are so helpful. I recently needed to change my holiday destination and they bent over backwards to find something else for me. They also worked with admin to remove any costs for moving the holiday. Great team of people

I rang first thing at 9am to get a deal I seen on here one evening. But thanks to Rob we got somewhere alot better. Yes we paid some more but it was worth it. secrets playa mujeres golf and spa resort in Mexico was amazing!!! Flight, transfers and details was a breeze. We had an amazing last min honeymoon. Highly recommended. Booking was straightforward and I hope to use this store again for future trips.

All thomas cook staff so helpful and friendly! Although James Burke has been amazing finding our perfect holidays for the past few years. Loyal member of staff with great rapport and who always tries his best to find us the best deals! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful got my holiday booked just 10 days to go

Went down today and only 3 staff were on, was very busy. Had a bit of a wait which is understandable but when we got seen to they only showed us 1 hotel for Portugal we asked would they recommend any more in the area they said no, all the good places are booked up, for march next year. Then we went to get the cash passport, they were rude. Saying you didn't fill in the last part, where is your id and when we said we didn't really know the ins and outs they said very little to explain what we could use it for. I understand it was busy, but that's no excuse for the unwelcoming atmosphere and bad attitude. Came out none the wiser about hotels in Portugal or how to use the cash passport.

Tried to book a holiday to Maldives which was an offer on the Facebook page! Emailed in as requested by Thomas cook initially I got a reply! I then replied and said I would like to book and could pay the deposit that day! an wanted to pay more for a better room! Still waiting on a reply this is now 3 weeks later!

Spent £2200 for Lanzarote holiday.Promised swimming pools will be heated in January and water was freezing.Hotel don't give a damn about people in it.Beware.Better book flitghts and hotel seperate.Never again

I booked a family holiday to Majorca and explained the most important thing to me was a good kids club...when we arrived the kids club didn't speak any English to the kids. I complained to rep and emailed several times and not even a reply!! We spoke to the hotel manager who slammed the door in my face! If like me you pay extra to Thomas Cooke for reassurance and peace of mind....save your money.

Due to illness cudnt get to shop wanted to book a trip rang 3 times and was promised a call back ....never happened ...DISGUSTED ....missed the deal

Completely useless!!! Rang several times and told someone would get back to me.....still waiting �� oh well one call to American Holidays and I'm sorted � Tough luck Thomas Cook ���
