Kim was absolutely fantastic ! Superb knowledge and a fantastic travel advisor. I booked Las Vegas yesterday with her via the telephone and she was excellent . Couldn't recommend Kim and TC Victoria Square any higher - they were fantastic!

After a negative experience with another branch of Thomas Cook, I decided to try this branch as their reviews are mainly very positive. Unfortunately yet again I've been left very disappointed and for exactly the same reason ! I phoned this branch just after 12 today, 5 minutes after a holiday deal had been posted on their page. I spoke to Holly and explained the holiday I was interested in, and that I wanted to book and pay the deposit for the holiday.

Although Holly tried to book the holiday for me, due to a technical issue she was unable too. She apologised, took my number, and said it may take up to an hour but she would phone me back and keep me updated. By 2pm she had not called back, so I phoned and spoke to another member of staff who said the shop was exceptionally busy and that Holly would definitely phone me back.

4pm came and still no return call, so I phoned yet again, I asked to speak to Holly and was put on hold. After around 30 seconds or so the phone went dead ! At that stage I pretty much gave up, and by the time 6pm rolled round and the branch closed I had still not received a call back. I have to be honest I'm extremely annoyed, I phoned within 5 minutes of this deal being posted, and in fact during the SIX HOURS I waited on my promised returned call there was a further date added to the destination.

It's beyond ridiculous that I was unable to pay the deposit and book this holiday, very, very disappointing experience from yet another branch of Thomas Cook.



I've changed my rating as my initial problems have now been resolved. The manger Jackie contacted me on Saturday evening, I really appreciated her taking the time out of her evening to do so. Holly then contacted me as soon as the shop opened on Sunday, and apologised. She also spent a lot of time trying to find a deal that we were happy with, she was very patient and polite throughout the calls. Unfortunately we couldn't book a suitable deal on Sunday, I then spoke to Jackie yesterday afternoon. Again she apologised, and spent time trying to find us the best deal. Due to some flight details not being available Jackie said she would contact me this morning once she was able to get the information.

Jackie phoned me this morning as promised, we went through all the details and were able to book a great deal ! Jackie was extremely patient throughout all this, nothing was to much trouble. She phoned when she said she would and kept us fully updated on everything.

So, although my initial experience was not great, I have to give credit where it's due and say that my opinion of this branch and the staff has definitely changed. We are very pleased with the outcome and are really looking forward to our trip.

A beautiful girl called Sara just helped me there booking Vegas, Sara was very polite and had gr8t patience with me, I will most definitely use this travel agents in the future, and I will be telling all my family and friends 2 use it, thku Sara, and roll on august

Booked Disney land Paris with Emma back in January who’s customer service was 1st class however I’ve been trying to contact the store to add on extras. Left my name and number with someone on Monday morning who couldn’t wait to get off the phone saying they’d phone me back... still waiting!

I called to book a cruise and have been so disappointed to not have received any call back or further information when I called them.

Thumbs down for supporting elephant rides. And a huge shame to those that accept them! You are supporting the abuse of animals just for your entertainment! Disgusting!

Seen a great deal but they had only put a price for two adults two children. Commented underneath to get a price for two adults once child age 8. No answer but knew they were busy. Rang the shop to speak to someone to be told I will take your number and call

Contacted this branch to change the name on a holiday as I was unable to fly! They said they had to contact the provider but would call me back, never did, I ended up phoning back myself to be told they can't change the name and that basically as I was the lead person on the booking and couldn't fly the holiday was a waste and couldn't be used! Apparently there was nothing they could do for me!! What a load of crap, I contacted easyJet and the hotel myself and sorted the name change with them, without any issues! Youse are happy enough to accept the money when booking but couldn't care after that!! If I hadn't of took action myself I would have wasted the £450 I spent! Defiantly won't be booking with Thomas cook again!

A beautiful girl called Sara just helped me there booking Vegas, Sara was very polite and had gr8t patience with me, I will most definitely use this travel agents in the future, and I will be telling all my family and friends 2 use it, thku Sara, and roll on august

Booked Disney land Paris with Emma back in January who’s customer service was 1st class however I’ve been trying to contact the store to add on extras. Left my name and number with someone on Monday morning who couldn’t wait to get off the phone saying they’d phone me back... still waiting!

No call back

I called to book a cruise and have been so disappointed to not have received any call back or further information when I called them.

Thumbs down for supporting elephant rides. And a huge shame to those that accept them! You are supporting the abuse of animals just for your entertainment! Disgusting!

Seen a great deal but they had only put a price for two adults two children. Commented underneath to get a price for two adults once child age 8. No answer but knew they were busy. Rang the shop to speak to someone to be told I will take your number and call

Contacted this branch to change the name on a holiday as I was unable to fly! They said they had to contact the provider but would call me back, never did, I ended up phoning back myself to be told they can't change the name and that basically as I was the lead person on the booking and couldn't fly the holiday was a waste and couldn't be used! Apparently there was nothing they could do for me!! What a load of crap, I contacted easyJet and the hotel myself and sorted the name change with them, without any issues! Youse are happy enough to accept the money when booking but couldn't care after that!! If I hadn't of took action myself I would have wasted the £450 I spent! Defiantly won't be booking with Thomas cook again!

Was on the phone yesterday with Emma about the Florida Coco keys holiday and the girl couldn't been more helpful and even called me back today about other date. Thanks Emma your a true credit to the shop xx ps it's Maria �

Nicola sorted us out with an amazingly affordable beach resort trip to Lanzarote last night. Such a friendly, warm atmosphere & great customer service!

Kim was absolutely fantastic ! Superb knowledge and a fantastic travel advisor. I booked Las Vegas yesterday with her via the telephone and she was excellent . Couldn't recommend Kim and TC Victoria Square any higher - they were fantastic!

I was in this shop yesterday an i must say the girls madison an kim are really lovely had a problem with my booking with another shop and they sorted it out for me thanks again girls yous are fabulous

Fantastic experience booking New York with emma! Explained everything and told us everything we needed to know! Aswell having a lot of time and patience helping us book our holiday! Would highly recommend this store! After having a bad experience with another store I refused to return to Thomas cook but I'm glad I have!

Dealt with a girl called Rebecca. She was so friendly and helpful and got me a great deal for Las Vegas.

Called in today to book tickets for Disney and Jackie couldn’t have been more helpful. All sorted in less than 20 mins. Very impressed

Brilliant team in Victoria square they are the best at getting the holiday for you, wouldn't go anywhere else, especially Emma the manager

After a negative experience with another branch of Thomas Cook, I decided to try this branch as their reviews are mainly very positive. Unfortunately yet again I've been left very disappointed and for exactly the same reason ! I phoned this branch just after 12 today, 5 minutes after a holiday deal had been posted on their page. I spoke to Holly and explained the holiday I was interested in, and that I wanted to book and pay the deposit for the holiday.

Although Holly tried to book the holiday for me, due to a technical issue she was unable too. She apologised, took my number, and said it may take up to an hour but she would phone me back and keep me updated. By 2pm she had not called back, so I phoned and spoke to another member of staff who said the shop was exceptionally busy and that Holly would definitely phone me back.

4pm came and still no return call, so I phoned yet again, I asked to speak to Holly and was put on hold. After around 30 seconds or so the phone went dead ! At that stage I pretty much gave up, and by the time 6pm rolled round and the branch closed I had still not received a call back. I have to be honest I'm extremely annoyed, I phoned within 5 minutes of this deal being posted, and in fact during the SIX HOURS I waited on my promised returned call there was a further date added to the destination.

It's beyond ridiculous that I was unable to pay the deposit and book this holiday, very, very disappointing experience from yet another branch of Thomas Cook.



I've changed my rating as my initial problems have now been resolved. The manger Jackie contacted me on Saturday evening, I really appreciated her taking the time out of her evening to do so. Holly then contacted me as soon as the shop opened on Sunday, and apologised. She also spent a lot of time trying to find a deal that we were happy with, she was very patient and polite throughout the calls. Unfortunately we couldn't book a suitable deal on Sunday, I then spoke to Jackie yesterday afternoon. Again she apologised, and spent time trying to find us the best deal. Due to some flight details not being available Jackie said she would contact me this morning once she was able to get the information.

Jackie phoned me this morning as promised, we went through all the details and were able to book a great deal ! Jackie was extremely patient throughout all this, nothing was to much trouble. She phoned when she said she would and kept us fully updated on everything.

So, although my initial experience was not great, I have to give credit where it's due and say that my opinion of this branch and the staff has definitely changed. We are very pleased with the outcome and are really looking forward to our trip.
