Went to get money changed today, the girl was unbelievably rude, ended up taking my business else where! Ridiculous! Won't be back near Thomas Cook and I'll make sure to tell everyone how bad the service was!!

The service my friends and I received today was very unhelpful. We were made to feel unwelcome and had to result in booking a holiday elsewhere.

My husband phoned to inquire about a holiday at 16.30 today.who ever answered the phoned took our phone number to save him from holding and said they would go find out the details and phone him back straight away ...he's still waiting .

Checked in at the official Thomas Cook desk at Gatwick, all bags weighed and tagged. I had paid extra in advance for 30kg but ended up only taking 6.4kg. As I was getting on the flight we were pounced on and a fine of £130 was demanded for excess weight or we were not going to be allowed to go on our holiday. When we complained to Thomas Cook they refused to give me a refund and said it was nothing to do with them. They said the check-in desk with the huge Thomas Cook sign was nothing to do with them. Please beware of this scam at the airport.

Have to say very professional and friendly service, staff go out of their way to to find the perfect holiday as they have many times before. A Very big thanks to Adam and the team who always go that extra Mile to find the perfect holiday.. Can't recommend Thomas Cook Connswater enough..

Went to get money changed today, the girl was unbelievably rude, ended up taking my business else where! Ridiculous! Won't be back near Thomas Cook and I'll make sure to tell everyone how bad the service was!!

The service my friends and I received today was very unhelpful. We were made to feel unwelcome and had to result in booking a holiday elsewhere.

My husband phoned to inquire about a holiday at 16.30 today.who ever answered the phoned took our phone number to save him from holding and said they would go find out the details and phone him back straight away ...he's still waiting .

Checked in at the official Thomas Cook desk at Gatwick, all bags weighed and tagged. I had paid extra in advance for 30kg but ended up only taking 6.4kg. As I was getting on the flight we were pounced on and a fine of £130 was demanded for excess weight or we were not going to be allowed to go on our holiday. When we complained to Thomas Cook they refused to give me a refund and said it was nothing to do with them. They said the check-in desk with the huge Thomas Cook sign was nothing to do with them. Please beware of this scam at the airport.
