I went to book my holiday and was looked after by a girl called Joanne. She was so friendly and extremely helpful. She sorted out my entire holiday informing me about local shops and facilities near my hotel, nothing was too much trouble for her....I had a fantastic time away.

Called in on Thursday for help with choosing the right holiday for us (have 2 daughters who will be 15 & 13 when we travel) & got a fantastic girl called Kerry ! Five stars wouldn’t be enough ! I have bombarded this girl every day from then with checking different places out & 1001 questions & NOTHING was a problem ! Fantastic customer service ! Highly recommend thomas cook Lisburn ! Many thanks Kerry for all your HARD work it’s very much appreciated x

Well what can I say, I attended this shop yesterday with a friend who was trying to organise a wedding and looking for some helpful advice needless to say the advice we received was neither nice or helpful! On arriving at the store around 12ish there were only 2 girls working who where currently dealing with others so we proceeded to take a seat and wait for our turn. During our wait another customer came in for foreign exchange she walked to the counter and was shouted at in a loud voice 'you will have to bare with us as there is only the 2 of us working' this customer left the shop and returned a short time later. We where still waiting to be seen when this customer returned, when one of the girls (Julieanne as I now know her name) to be finished with the customer she was dealing with she then proceeded to serve this customer at the foreign exchange desk and another one after this baring in mind we had now been sitting there near 30 minutes waiting to be seen, now if she had of said do you mind if I let these people away before you that would have been completely different and a bit of courtesy to us waiting but we never even got an apology for the wait. So by this time am sure you can understand we are now expecting top notch customer service well we where disappointed as we proceed to tell the girl Julie Anne what we where trying to do and what we were looking for she was as interested in us as I was In a cup of coffee and I hate coffee!!! She wrote it all down and in doing this was saying well the flight prices aren't out yet for this which we had already told her we knew as the flights were not out until next week now being a travel agent you would have thought she would know when flights are out but she near enough told us we where lying and wouldn't know that information until she checked on the internet and found we where right. we where then told that no what we where looking it couldn't be done and that it would be full price up front and where we sure we would be willing to pay that before she wasted her time looking for us. Needless to say we told her to forget about it and went straight out of there down the street to Co Operative travel where the girls where fab couldn't have been anymore helpful listened to what we wanted advised us on what they could do and changes we could make and extras we could add in fabulous customer service from the girls in Co Operative who we are currently dealing with but the moral of this is if you don't have customer service skills then you shouldn't work in customer service and Julieanne from Thomas Cook defiantly does not have customer service skills!!!
