An individual where your needs are the only important issue they have . Staff have an excellent knowledge of all areas and nearly know what would suit you better than you know yourself . From giving advice , recommending hotels etc to places of interest to exchanging money there knowledge is plentiful . My friend was robbed inside the hotel on day 2 of her holidays, sitting in bar, 2 men run in and stole her handbag,not as much as a email from Thomas cook to help..16 of us went costing nearly £9000 ..i book every year with yourself but after being recommended this I think I will go elsewhere ...can't believe Thomas cook have this dirty dump on their books

Unfortunately I've had a very poor first impression and will be booking elsewhere. Phoned last Wednesday morning to enquire about availability of a deal posted on their Facebook page. A male member of staff told me he would check and phone me back asap. I heard nothing from him, emailed them on Thursday afternoon following up on my enquiry and again asking about availability. No reply to email either, clearly they can't even get the basics of customer care correct. Definitely won't be entrusting them with booking a holiday !

The Thomas Crook Cash Passport - total rip off. Do not use. If you use it outside of the Euro dollar zone they charge plus 5.75%. I swear it is more, they charged me around £15 euros for a £96 purchase. They did not warn me of these charges, I have done vast research & found this has happened to a huge amount of people. The exchange rate on such transactions is also poor. They will not refund these charges, they say you should have read the T&C. I don,t have 3 hours spare, a magnifying glass & a legal education, all I now is working at £7 per hour, I was working for 1 to 2 hours per transaction just to use their product. Customer services worthless, blocked me from every FB page so far, - so to Thomas Crook F@@k YOU!!!!!

Got a pre paid cash card in the store for moving to Australia, was told that anyone can top it up for you by the employee in the store. My friends mother topped up her card with no problems. A few days later another friends family member tried to top up their card and was unable to do so as apparently it is only the person registered to the card. When we phoned the store we were told that we weren't given that information (more less said we were lying). Then my own card got blocked I phoned to try and unblock it, gave the correct security information but was told that I did not pass security. So I asked what I could do as I am in Australia and I am unable to go into a store and was told that there was nothing they could do. Absolute joke, would tell you anything to get you to purchase a pre paid card!!

Contacted this branch firstly by phone. Was told by Roisin that she would call me back in 10 minutes with a price. She didn't. I then sent a message via Facebook a few days later, no reply. I then sent an email, no reply. Very poor customer service. It's safe to say I went with another company.

Booked a holiday to New York a few years ago - got to airport & our flight was overbooked. We weren't allowed to fly because our seats had not been allocated by our travel agent (Thomas Cook, Park Centre).

Yesterday my sister was travelling Dublin-London-Vegas. Got to Gatwick airport (as stated on her flight itinerary) only to be told her Vegas flight was non existent! British Airways got them on the next flight from Heathrow.....which meant they had to bus it from Gatwick to Heathrow on a busy bank holiday Monday in London to catch the next flight to Vegas! Poor, poor service. Will never use your shop again.

Anyone who has booked/thinking of booking with Thomas Cook Park Centre think again. I was booked to fly Dublin-Gatwick-Vegas, arrived in Gatwick only to be told they have no flight going to Vegas & I'm meant to be in Heathrow. Thomas Cook printed my documents 2 weeks ago and confirmed everything was correct even though it was a non existent flight in Gatwick! I had to make my way to Heathrow & BA got me on next plane out. Thomas Cook say it's not their fault-it's the operator who they book through!!!!! Very disappointed and angry as I was sent to the wrong airport for a flight that didn't exist and have now lost 1 day from holiday.

An individual where your needs are the only important issue they have . Staff have an excellent knowledge of all areas and nearly know what would suit you better than you know yourself . From giving advice , recommending hotels etc to places of interest to exchanging money there knowledge is plentiful . Can't recommend tc park centre enough have always booked through them there staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is ever to much they really go above and beyond for there customers keep up the amazing work tcpc

Just home today from a week in the worse hotel with horrible staff and unhelpful rep!!! Inter 2 salou!!

My friend was robbed inside the hotel on day 2 of her holidays, sitting in bar, 2 men run in and stole her handbag,not as much as a email from Thomas cook to help..16 of us went costing nearly £9000 ..i book every year with yourself but after being recommended this I think I will go elsewhere ...can't believe Thomas cook have this dirty dump on their books

Unfortunately I've had a very poor first impression and will be booking elsewhere. Phoned last Wednesday morning to enquire about availability of a deal posted on their Facebook page. A male member of staff told me he would check and phone me back asap. I heard nothing from him, emailed them on Thursday afternoon following up on my enquiry and again asking about availability. No reply to email either, clearly they can't even get the basics of customer care correct. Definitely won't be entrusting them with booking a holiday !

The Thomas Crook Cash Passport - total rip off. Do not use. If you use it outside of the Euro dollar zone they charge plus 5.75%. I swear it is more, they charged me around £15 euros for a £96 purchase. They did not warn me of these charges, I have done vast research & found this has happened to a huge amount of people. The exchange rate on such transactions is also poor. They will not refund these charges, they say you should have read the T&C. I don,t have 3 hours spare, a magnifying glass & a legal education, all I now is working at £7 per hour, I was working for 1 to 2 hours per transaction just to use their product. Customer services worthless, blocked me from every FB page so far, - so to Thomas Crook F@@k YOU!!!!!

Got a pre paid cash card in the store for moving to Australia, was told that anyone can top it up for you by the employee in the store. My friends mother topped up her card with no problems. A few days later another friends family member tried to top up their card and was unable to do so as apparently it is only the person registered to the card. When we phoned the store we were told that we weren't given that information (more less said we were lying). Then my own card got blocked I phoned to try and unblock it, gave the correct security information but was told that I did not pass security. So I asked what I could do as I am in Australia and I am unable to go into a store and was told that there was nothing they could do. Absolute joke, would tell you anything to get you to purchase a pre paid card!!

Contacted this branch firstly by phone. Was told by Roisin that she would call me back in 10 minutes with a price. She didn't. I then sent a message via Facebook a few days later, no reply. I then sent an email, no reply. Very poor customer service. It's safe to say I went with another company.

Booked a holiday to New York a few years ago - got to airport & our flight was overbooked. We weren't allowed to fly because our seats had not been allocated by our travel agent (Thomas Cook, Park Centre).

Yesterday my sister was travelling Dublin-London-Vegas. Got to Gatwick airport (as stated on her flight itinerary) only to be told her Vegas flight was non existent! British Airways got them on the next flight from Heathrow.....which meant they had to bus it from Gatwick to Heathrow on a busy bank holiday Monday in London to catch the next flight to Vegas! Poor, poor service. Will never use your shop again.

Anyone who has booked/thinking of booking with Thomas Cook Park Centre think again. I was booked to fly Dublin-Gatwick-Vegas, arrived in Gatwick only to be told they have no flight going to Vegas & I'm meant to be in Heathrow. Thomas Cook printed my documents 2 weeks ago and confirmed everything was correct even though it was a non existent flight in Gatwick! I had to make my way to Heathrow & BA got me on next plane out. Thomas Cook say it's not their fault-it's the operator who they book through!!!!! Very disappointed and angry as I was sent to the wrong airport for a flight that didn't exist and have now lost 1 day from holiday.

Wouldn't go anywhere else to book a holiday. The staff here are so helpful and always manage to find everything we need. They go out of their way to make sure we have the best holiday.

Our flights got cancelled last week due to the snow so couldn't make our holiday, thanks to Roisin we got rescheduled, excellent service!!

Just booked my honeymoon to Cuba with such ease thanks to the travel agent Lindsay! We had a wonderful holiday and the rep at our hotel Las Vegas Salou, Amy was very knowledgeable about the trips and excursions thomas cook had to offer and was able to answer all our questions. We would like to give Chiara a massive thank you for the Barcelona Highlights trip on 17/6/17. You did an amazing tour, one we will never forget and we got some beautiful photos to keep.
