Richard and I had a great morning - having fun, laughing and cooking breakfast for our teams who volunteer in Foodbank, CAP Debt, CAP Money, Team Serve & CAP life skills. From behind the scenes, out front and all with a servant heart! Thankful for a class team 😊 thanks to all of you who were here today and to those who couldn’t make it!

This is happening in ONE weeks time, Saturday 1st June. Newtownards Foodbank Charity Cycle. Mass start at 10am. £15 entry fee (includes snacks, BBQ and ferry) sign up through Entry Central or on the morning registration opens at 9am.

Last two days have been so helpful in looking at Hunger and poverty in Northern Ireland. We love that we get to be a part of the solution with all of you guys standing with us. Monday was at Stormont hearing how our partnership with CAP has seen 880 clients going debt free across NI in 2018 with our own centre having 18 of those families and continuing to work with 36 more families helping to bring hope and long, life changing support for clients. Trussell Trust today in Limavady hearing how Northern Ireland is still on the rise of child poverty and figuring out solutions to get more referral agencies onboard to get the people who need the help in our local area of Ards plus how do we figure out how to end this last year alone we fed 1947 people. #5weekstolong #lookagain
