Was here today. Had a lovely lunch with friends. Club sandwich was gorgeous and the rustic fries were lovely. Can't wait to get back again! Cakes are amazing! Staff very friendly and pleasant. ’┐Į

This place is more than just a coffee shop! The food here is just amazing...with a wide selection of homemade delights available....savoury and sweet....I love the quirkiness of this place and have had the best cappuccino ever!! Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpfull...with nothing being too much trouble...always met with a smile even when itŌĆÖs really busy.’┐Į

My yummy caramel square was made all the better by the great service from Bethany, David and Brona- I will definitely be back!!

Just had a lovely lunch in Time coffee house. Would definitely recommend. The lasagne was beaut! And their costumer service was excellent! Also their response to fb messages was excellent. I certainly will be back.

I love going in for an Americana and a chance to have some me time.

The staff are all so friendly, and always greet you with respect. They are a good team all pulling together.

There is a wonderful variety of delicious food. I like the changing menu, so you never get bored with same choice. Lovely variety of sweets and cakes, a tasty range of gluten free traybakes too.

Nice atmosphere and a play space for children to draw, so Mummys can have a break.

I just love this place. Time stops when you're here. Went last night again to use a voucher I had won, I hadn't been in ages. Even better than I remember. Food, service and atmosphere all amazing. Couldn't thank Brona enough, she was great and made me a very happy customer. Can't wait to go back again. If I could afford it I'd be there everyday ’┐Į

I have to be honest, I have one negative!! The shop closes a few hours during the night ­¤śē, there is no need for that!! we need cake 24/7 lol ­¤æŹ­¤śü fantastic coffee house in every way, a wee gem and seriously I cannot fault

I absolutely love this coffee shop. The coffee is always on point and they have the best chai tea latte in N.I. Every time I have been in it is such a welcoming and homely experience, the staff are always friendly, polite and helpful.

Having only visited Time a handful of times as a new mummy with a bulky pram (and always with other mummies and prams!), I now consider it one of my favourite coffee shops. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and their salted caramel brownies are delicious! Thank you. Highly recommend this place.

Great food, lovely attentive staff, music loud enough to keep other people's conversation private but not intrusive.

First time here last night and loved it. Beautiful coffee house, treats were amazing and the coffee was perfect. Staff were very friendly. Have already recommended it to friends and family. IŌĆÖll definitely be back

Exceptional food and service as always, especially from Holly and David. Can I ask though that you make more scones. They have been sold out by early afternoon last few times and they are the best in town.

Absolutely love this place. Excellent variety of rustic homemade food both sweet and savoury all served up with a great selection of teas and coffees. WhatŌĆÖs not to like. Oh and Iets not forget the friendly and efficient staff who serve it all up so beautifully ŌØż’ĖÅ­¤ÆĢŌØż’ĖÅ

Got toasted soda on saturday which was really nice but i thought it was very expensive over 7 pound for 1 full soda.

Food is usually good but on last two occasions service has been slow waited 20 mins for lasagne and salad Thursday 1 June and 12 mins for a skinny latte on Saturday.

For the price I expect better customer service on the first occasion I had to take away my salad and lasagne there was a mere sorry it took so long. Not in a rush back ’┐Į

In Ballyclare for an appointment stopped in with my Mum & both children for a cuppa & bite to eat. Very disappointed with the service, we were in & stood for a good few minutes before any staff took any notice. While there is space when you come in the door at the counter, there is very little anywhere else. I have double pram & while I understand it wont fit everywhere there was no effort from the staff to accommodate us. At the time there was no free seats, the staff member we spoke to basically shrugged her shoulders & suggested we sit at the window. I had a 3 month & 20 month old with me, not suitable. She then just walked off & left us to work it out for ourselves. A lot work needs to be done in regards to the service provided by its staff.
