This week we’ve been getting our hands on lovely mister Douglas again. Absolutely dreamy textures and the toasting shed smells like Christmas. The burn on Douglas Fir brings out scents of mulled spices, crushed pine needles, roasted chestnuts.... honestly it is such a pleasure to do. These little batons are part of a gorgeous scheme bound for Englandshire and these shorties will be framing a large expanse of glass. The first image shows just how the flame begins to react with the wood and the second image is the finished product: our Toasted Half Gator offering.
