Well well well, the PSNI have done their job regarding the Chippy till. Yes it was found in a lovely clean dry place, and yes they did find & identify grubby finger prints on it. And I believe that so far one person has been taken in for questioning. I can’t announce any names yet, as I don’t want to break any laws myself. And there’s the old saying innocent until proven guilty. But seems we’re getting somewhere at last….

Thank you to all the chippy customers tonight.... I did not expect a freezing cold February night to be very busy... It turned out we were run of our feet.... With our fish, 6oz steak burgers & kebabs nearly selling out... I'm starting to run out of words to thank you all.... THANKS...

Looking forward to tonight’s service in the Chippy, last Friday was a great night, with the fish selling like it was going out of fashion... it’s been a pretty busy afternoon on the phone for take-away… now everything getting prepped ready for tea time service… doors open at 5pm… telephone orders anytime from midday until very late (approx. 3am Fri. Sat & Sun)… happy eating everyone. & a big thank you to everyone who’s eaten here so far…..

So far what a busy fish night... After last week, thought I'd better get a lot in.. & so glad I did... Thank you to the hordes of you that have come in tonight.. Now getting ready for round two when the pubs shut... Happy take-away

Got enough liver in to do 12 portions of liver & bacon… it’s a popular meal in Irvinestown & the surrounding areas. It’s only 9.30 & liver & bacon has sold out…. But don’t worry plenty of everything else & liver & bacon will be back on tomorrow….

That’s the first week over in the life of Tony’s Chippy…. It has gone much much better than expected… suppliers have been franticly contacted over the past week, as what I thought was an abundance of stock, kept running low... In the end luckily enough we didn’t run out of anything. And no one was disappointed. Thank you to everyone who has been in so far, & those that are planning their first Tony’s take-away. May your taste buds & your tummies never be as happy…. The weekends over, The Monday blues are here, why don’t you put your feet up tonight, & let Tony’s sort your tea time meal out…. It’s only a phone call away…

Don't forget for one night of the year, we are closing early due to Floyds staff party... We are open as normal at 5pm but will be closing at 7pm.. Just time to get your tea...
