From a humble beginning just selling from the premises, then to supplying local shops where we’d sell along with our food about 2kg of our southern style coating a week. On Saturday afternoon there was 40kg of the coating made all ready to be packed and shipped out Monday morning.
We thank each and everyone of you who’ve supported us so far. It’s been an incredible journey,

Folks a wee update on our southern style coating. The response since we launched it has been way beyond our expectations. The demand and the fact that Northern Ireland where we are based had two bank holiday days last week, Thursday & Friday. Has had a knock on effect with production & postage. Everything that was ordered up to early Thursday has been made and despatched. Orders since Thursday are made as from today and will be shipped tomorrow.. so you’ll all be receiving your coating asap after that. Sorry about the wee delay folks.. thank god there are no more bank holidays until the end of August... and don’t forget, let’s see your photos of what you make using the coating, anything exciting or a bit different might be used in our promotion of the product... once again thank you for your custom. We really do appreciate it. Tony.

Folks forgive the voice, I’m one of those who talks a lot but hates the sound of my own voice... anyway I’m getting 100’s if messages about using the coating... there are many many meats you can coat with it... but these chicken thighs are my favourite as it’s like eating a KFC when they are cooked. So here’s me in my simple way showing the easiest way to skin and remove fat from thighs... enjoy folks. “We can eat what we want, because we follow the sw plan”

Had a take out meal this evening of lasagne and salad and southern fried chicken with curry sauce , healthy options and both were delicious. Well done on fabulous food!

Had a gorgeous lunch at Tonys today. So great to be able to go and eat out somewhere that I can have a tasty healthy option yet my other half can still have all his favorites too! Great food, great service, we'll definitely be back!

Food was excellent.

Staff very friendly.
