Topspot Youth Centre

TopSpot Youth Centre was set up to provide young people with activities designed to educate, challenge and inform. . . while having fun!

TopSpot Youth Centre and its projects were open to local young people aged between 7 and 25, and was a place where members could go to meet their friends, make new friends, and learn or try new activities. They could learn new skills like music or computing, become a Senior Member, get involved in fundraising and plan trips away. You could also relax and listen to music or play pool, table tennis and much, much more.

The Youth Centre was there to help young people understand the world around them. It was there to advise young people with their future, to talk about the past and help them with the present. The club had different sessions to educate young people about different topics regarding their health, training opportunities, their career, lifestyle and everyday worries. The club had its youth worker-in-charge whose job it was to organise activities, events, trips & workshops, and would oversee the daily running of the club for the young people.
