We'd come a long way to visit Total Hockey and we were thrilled with our experience. Nothing was too much trouble for a young boy who has just begun to follow in the footsteps of his cousins, his mum and uncle and his grandfather. More emotional than you might imagine but Total Hockey went above and beyond. It's nice when coming home feels like coming home.

I called the shop direct and spoke to Alan and he was very helpful. He found the products I needed in stock, gave me choices, options, advice and arranged for my order to be delivered via DPD within 48hrs. There was a very nice freebie too which I'm very grateful for.

Just love this shop. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time with customers and don't make you feel rushed.

We were in today as my son wanted a new stick with his birthday money. The staff took the time to get to know him to see what he wanted. He also thought he might like new shin pads as the straps on his were fraying. The staff member suggested he just remove the straps and get another year or so out of his existing ones.

I love that they don't try and sell you something that you don't need or try to get you to buy out of your set budget!

Well worth the drive!

Haven't bought anything yet, but that's down to stock availability in the size I want. Sent an initial query by email, which resulted in me receiving a phone call from Alan, who was extremely helpful and informative. He was able to answer all my questions, gave me all the info I needed in order for me to be happy about what I plan to purchase next - just need to wait for it to be available in the right sizes. The prices look very competitive, and my early impressions are that Total Hockey seem to be at the top of their game when it comes to customer service.

Great service ordered a Gryphon Diablo chrome ERS pro II and a chamois grip bank holiday Monday received the product by Friday great turn around and cannot wait to use it when the season starts again! Would highly recommend and will buy from total-hockey again!

Called in yesterday to buy a new pair of shoes and a gum shield. The gentleman who was working in the shop could not have been more helpful. Very kind and very clear on what products he sold and could not have gave me anymore advice even if he tried. It was clear to see he had a genuine passion for hockey and providing customers with the best service possible. A brilliant shop with very reasonable prices. Fantastic service, highly recommended!

Brilliant customer service. Ordered 2 pairs of hockey shoes last week. Gentleman called at 4.30pm to say I'd missed the courier and they now had 2 bank holiday days. He offered to post them via Royal Mail for no extra charge (taking 1 pair out of the box) and I received them the following day.

Brillant costumer service daughter started hockey last night got wrong size stick rang them at 5pm and they met me at hockey pitch that night to change over stick to save me driving back to shop!! Thanks again!!
