DESIGN - As a passionate garden designer Trevor will discuss and develop ideas prior to a formal Design Drawing being produced. He works with Hand Drawing and CAD. After lots of Thinking Time, when the Design is agreed, a Planting Plan or Specification can be produced to allow for obtaining quotations from Contractors and Suppliers. He has headed up Design Projects in Ireland, Great Britain, Italy & United States. He designed the IRELAND garden at the 2013 Philadelphia Flower Show in the United States of America. PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Trevor often acts as the Client's Agent to oversee, supervise and manage the Landscape Contractor and Suppliers. MEDIA - TELEVISION, RADIO & WRITING - With some 30 + years experience in horticulture Trevor has been a frequent contributor to the Saturday morning radio programme "Gardeners Corner". He is also a regular contributor to Carolyn Stewart's U105's Lunch Time Bistro's Gardener's Corner - U105 is the Radio side of Ulster Television. He has been involved in Garden broadcasting on Radio & Television in Ireland, South Africa, Unites States of America, & Canada. He reports every year from the world famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Trevor is a member of the Garden Writers Association. GARDEN TOURISM - is a topic of great interest to Trevor. He is recognised as an authority on the Garden of Ireland and is a frequent speaker for Northern Ireland Tourist Board and Tourism Ireland across the world. He has Guided many Garden Tours in Ireland, Great Britain, and Europe. In Jan 2015 he leads a Garden Tour of the North & South Islands of New Zealand. He also has an enthusiastic interest in the Gardens of Italy, Scotland, England & the USA. He is a frequent intentional speaker for Tourism Ireland's efforts to promote inbound Garden Tourism.
