Day three bootcamp: complete
Actually enjoying this getting up ridiculously early malarkey now... And the boost of energy I'm getting by being up early.
Today I learnt:
... 1️⃣ Balance is as bad as my coordination 2️⃣ No matter how sore my legs are im determined enough to keep going 3️⃣ Tropic hand wash is essential after using gym boxing gloves 😂😂

Day 2 Bootcamp: survived it 😂😂
Walking a little dodgy today but I'll keep going. Feels good to be up and out, exercise done and back washed and off too work while these hallions fight for bed space!
What I learnt today:... 1️⃣ I can now read the time backwards (the reflection in the mirror) 2️⃣ Climbing an actual mountain might be more enjoyable than a "mountain climber" 3️⃣ Tropic feel fresh deodorant is the best invention ever #freshpits
Definitely recommend purchasing a tropic feel fresh for everyone and especially if you're interested in clean beauty revolution and also if you are a gym fan

Day one of bootcamp:
Things I learnt: 1️⃣ My coordination is horrific 2️⃣ What a burpee is!!! ... 3️⃣ Getting up at 5am isn't that bad
Quite pleased with this morning, had to take a breather in the middle which is totally ok... I didn't pass out or boke and I am quite looking forward to tomorrow morning haha.
Also really pleased with my make up today... Home ridiculously red faced and still after washing the face was red... I used the mineral foundation then my palette products and no redness to be seen... Woohoo. If I get a morning with a bit more time I'll try a quick video to show you this!
