... A quem não me conhece, sou Portuguesa a viver no Reino Unido. As últimas semanas têm sido "estranhas": deixei de ter encomendas. Com um negócio online vivemos tempos de incertezas. Mas não é isso que mais me preocupa agora. Vivo, por enquanto, duas realidades: a do meu país e dos meus; e a do país que me acolheu. O meu país (Portugal) está numa quarentena parcial: escolas fechadas, eventos cancelados, é-lhes pedido que fiquem em casa sempre que possível. Acredito que em breve irão fechar as fronteiras. Eu estarei deste lado sempre de coração nas mãos, pelos meus. No país que me acolheu, está tudo mais ou menos normal. "Normal". As escolas continuam a funcionar. E eu tenho dois filhos. O comércio continua a funcionar. E eu trabalho num centro comercial. As pessoas ainda saem à rua. Ainda fazem a vida normal. Com uma torre de papel higiénico e massa em casa, é certo. Mas vivem a sua vida normal. E por tudo isto, vivo também de coração nas mãos.
Até data indefinida, não irei aceitar encomendas para fora do Reino Unido. Porque não sei até que ponto o serviço de entregas internacional continuará a funcionar pelas próximas semanas. Estarei aqui para vos atender, para vos responder e até aceitar "encomendas" para um futuro menos atribulado.
Até lá, fiquem em casa, cumpram a quarentena. Passem tempo de qualidade com os vossos filhos, aprendam, leiam, vejam séries e filmes, escrevam, limpem a casa a fundo... aproveitem esta pausa que a vida vos deu ❤️

For those who don't know me, I am Portuguese and I live in the UK. These last weeks have been "weird": I don't have orders anymore. With an online business, we're living troubled times. Although, this isn't my main concern. I'm living two distinct realities: my own country's reality, and the country I'm living in reality. My country (Portugal) is living a "partial lockdown": schools are closed, gatherings and events are forbidden/canceled, people have been asked to stay at home and not leaving unless it is truly necessary. I believe they will close borders very soon. And because all of this, I cannot stop thinking about my family and friends. The country I am living in (Norther Ireland, UK), things are "kinda normal". Schools are busy as usual - and I have two kids. Most business are open as usual - and I work in a Mall. People are going outside as usual. With a tower of toilet paper and pasta at home, obviously. But going out as usual. And because all of this, I cannot stop thinking about my family.
Until further notice, I am ONLY accepting UK orders - free delivery as usual. I am here to answer your questions, as usual.
In the meanwhile, stay home if you have that chance. Enjoy your kids. Enjoy your family. Read a book. Watch TV. Make some deep cleaning. Stay safe ❤️

ANNOUNCE MENT!

To those who don't know me, I'm Portuguese living in the UK. The last few weeks have been "weird": I have no more orders. With an online business, we live in times of uncertainty. But that's not what I'm worried about now. I live, for now, two realities: my country and my own; and the country that took me. My country (Portugal) is in a partial quarantine: closed schools, cancelled events, they are asked to stay at home whenever possible. I believe they will soon close the borders. I'll be on this side always with my heart, for mine.
In the country that took me, everything is more or less normal. "Normal". Schools continue to work. And I have two kids. The trade continues to work. And I work in a mall. People still go out. They still do normal life. With a toilet paper tower and pasta at home, it's right. But they live their normal life. And for all this, I live with heart in my hands.

Until indefinite date, I will not accept orders outside the UK. Because I don't know how much the international delivery service will continue to work for the next few weeks. I will be here to meet you, to answer you and even accept "orders" for a less futures.

Until then, stay at home. Spend quality time with your kids, learn, read, watch series and movies, write, clean the house deep... enjoy this break that life gave you ❤️
