I thought I'd post a recent review that I received. Thank-you very much Daphne for sharing your experience at Tuira Chiropractic Clinic.
My 25yr old son who works full time on our family farm was experiencing painful back problems. Went to visit Ted and when asked to stand up couldn’t stand straight, he was very noticeably tilted to one side. He also didn’t have great flexibility and co ordination when asked to do other exercises. Ted got to work on him and though still sore ...at the end, was much improved to a point where he didn’t need any more pain relief. He came back for a follow up visit 5 days later, after doing the ‘homework’ that Ted had advised. The improvement was very noticeable and the discomfort now minimal. Has made such a difference and great to find someone who always takes a personal interest in helping his patients, he always goes the extra mile. Highly recommended.

I'm sure that many of you are just getting back into the swing of things now that the holidays are well and truly over. I'm just back from a training session at Chum Sut Martial Arts Academy in Lisburn where I learned some fantastic new stretches that many patients will be sure to benefit from.
