Today I was served by Johnny and Scott in the Bloomfield Bangor branch. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted me to purchase the right product for my needs. This branch was recommended to me by a friend that had also purchased a fantastic product from enthusiastic staff. A lovely pair of gentlemen that I encountered today -Uberfone are lucky to have you both�. Smashed my screen and it was completely black on a Tuesday night.. not ideal. As someone who’s phone was stuck to my hand I rang uberfone in Rushmere and he said he could sort it no problem at a very good price (John was his name I think) if I got there before closing. In and out for 8.45 with a brand new screen. Top class service, very happy with it! Otherwise I’d of been away today to try get it somewhere. Will definitely recommend you in future! Thanks!

I was totally devastated when my lovely new iphone 8 was smashed - Janis in Forestside completely calmed me down, reassured me and somehow managed to fix it, while exceeding any customer service expectations that i had. Janis kept me up to date constantly with what was happening and was very patient, knowledgeable and practical in everything she did. If i have any phone problems in the future i will be straight back to Janis, Viki and the other uberfone forestside staff...thanks again!!

I just wanted to share the excellent service and experience I received today in Uberfone Buttercrane, Newry. My Samsung had completely given up, and although I received my new upgrade the phone shop had no way of retrieving all my photos and videos from my old phone which I was devastated about, as they were off my new baby. I was sent in the direction of Uberfone Buttercrane where I was told Mark would look after me....and which he did to no end. Damien the technical wizard arrived on his shift to save the day and spent the majority of his time trying to help me In a crisis. I spent what felt the whole day in the shop tortuing him, Mark and Liam but was treated soo well and constantly reassured he would do all he could to retrieve them. 7 hours later I left a very very very happy customer with all photos Intact. I can't thank the boys enough in particular Damien for his patience and time. Brilliant shop � Definitely shopping Uber from now on�
