We bought a nest thermostat for our home and we were having trouble trying to find someone to fit it. We rang round a few people, some weren't even aware of what it was. And others haven't seen or heard of it never mind install one.

We got in contact with YCEF. they were able to fit squeeze us in with a few days.



They came in time, they looked at what needed done and got stuck in.

They were very friendly, they told us exactly what was needing done.

They had the dust sheets, down they were very tidy. (There was absolutely no mess at all)





So, after the drilling, hammering, cutting and screwing. The finally installed our nest. It turns out that the next its self was having trouble clicking and turning on.

So, they rang the manufacturer on our behalf, told them exactly what was happening. They also wrote up a report to email to the company,

They then had to go back and near enough redo all the work that they had just done.

So we would have heat ( as it was snowing)



I don't know what they said on the phone to the manufacturer, but it was out the very next day. We rang YCEF to let them know that it came.

They were up within a few hours.

I am so grateful, they went above and beyond.

I would highly recommend YUCEF Electrical Co.

I know I will be definitely be using them again.

I can highly recommend the team ... they went out of their way to accommodate me in terms of a suitable time to carry out the work, did everything quickly, neatly and with a friendly, helpful attitude.
