Just discharged having had surgery. Each and every member of staff I encountered through reception and appointments, diagnosis, surgery, and recovery are simply outstanding. That also extends to the housekeeping and catering staff. Everybody made me feel like they genuinely cared. Most comfortable stay in hospital ever. Lovely food and if something wasn't suitable, I was never made to feel like an inconvenience.

My 10 year old was very nervous about jer appointment but the dr, nurses and mri staff were so good with her. Put both our minds at ease. Thank you!

In fairness the medical staff were 100%. The 1 star is for the staff they employ on the phone lines and the outpatient area - very rude, sharp and ignorant. They make me hate ringing up the clinic

This place giving me appointment at silly time in the morning when I'm a single parent with kids for school and then tell me if I don't make the time I'll be charged £145 JOKE I'm I meant to drop the kids of at school 7am just so I can be in time JOKE

I thought private medicine was meant to be easy for the patient... I can't even get through to the main switchboard as their IVR system just tells me they are busy and ends the call without the option to hold. Ridiculous!

Just had disc fusion snd de compression surgery by Mr Verzin las Thursday .
What I want to say is that I am totally overwhelmed by the ptoffesssion way that everyone carried their work . I was attended to day and night by committed and very caring staff. No task too small or too big , everything was done done with confidence and high standards .
Every step was explained in detail .
i wish yo thank each and everyone for their great work .
Unfortunately I do feel I can not ever go back to s NHS Hospital again . Tha gap between Private care and NHS is too big and far too riskey.

I attended UIC for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in November 2015.
The level of care and attention I received was far beyond anything I had experienced in the NHS or the private healthcare market.
All medical and nursing staff treated me with the utmost care, respect and privacy.
The food available was beautiful and was one of the standout memories of what was a much more pleasant experience than any surgery should be.
