The result of our collaboration with Darling Brewery, South Africa and Sunset Brewery, Brazil is a New England IPA made with the fruit that gets the wildlife drunk. . We packed pulped Marula into the fermenter for the extra juicy flavour on the brew, with Mosaic and Galaxy hops to round off the tropical notes. Perfectly hazy with a subtle dry kick to complement the sweetness. It's a project we've been proud to collaborate on. .
