Hi everyone, just to let you know I will be closed until Friday this week. I had an operating last Monday - nothing too serious - but its taking a little longer for my body to heal than expected. I've been advised to take an extra few days off. I really appreciate my lovely clients patience with me and your well wishes. Julie xx

Hello lovely Facebook friends..just to let you know Urban Serenity is closed until 26th September. I've whisked my son away to the beautiful North Antrim Coast for a week. Precious mum and son time, fresh sea air and breath-taking scenery. All good for mind, body and soul :)

Is this mindfulness? I was on Rathlin Island yesterday and transported to a different world. Stunning scenery, wild flowers, majestic lighthouses, seals, wildlife and stillness. Oh and a visit to the Dark Hedges ofcourse! Just a day of sheer simplicity to enjoy the beauty and wonder of our magnificent Universe. I'd highly recommend a visit if you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for a little while. Julie xx

This is my wee "mindfulness corner " at home, created to savour life. Super proud of my son Thomas. One month off the ciggies!!! I have a new found appreciation for anyone going through this as Thomas has struggled and been like a wee bear with a sore head at times. It's not easy but keep going son!! Mum :) xx
