3 phone calls 1 e-mail and 3 responses on the website itself and I never got 1 reply, all I wanted to do was exchange an item, not like I was asking for a refund. Can’t knock the quality of the products, but if this is standard of customer service then forget it, I’d advise shopping elsewhere in case you have a problem. Very sad to have to write this.

Not worth the bother!!!

I have just checked my bank and you have only refunded 3 of the 4 items!

Im starting to get really annoyed with this company and im sick of being lied to

20/4 I ordered from you and the goods were not suitable

22/4 I sent it back with a returns note requesting a refund on 1 item and exchange on 3

28/4 I received an email confirming you had received my return parcel and you would action my request within 48 hours...

3/5 i left it a week and contacted you to ask what stage the order was at, you responded, the same day, with the excuse of "The goods were returned with no instructions enclosed. Please advise how you would like us to proceed.
" How would i have received a return confirmation if there was nothing encoded as you would have no idea who it was from,

3/5 I emailed stating the request but to make things easier i requested a full refund, £71.80

7/5 still no response received as to what was going on, refund requested again.

9/5 Emailed again requesting refund and also called, i was informed that soemone wouls get back to me and let me know what was happening

9/5 I receive an extremely rude email from member of your company stating : "We have emailed you several times and we have also informed you several times that you were refunded on the 4th of May."
Not even an apology and it seems you are trying to make me out to be a liar, why would i spend time emailing and calling you if you had told me "several " times that i had been refunded. You had not once told me i was being refunded!

9/5 i ask for the proof of refund to be sent along with emails they had supposedly sent me "several times"

10/5 I have checked my bank and you have only refunded me for 3 of the 4 items, leaving me £24.95 out of pocket!

10/5 i made yet another call to Urbanpup and was advised by the member of staff on the phone that they just deal with the calls and there is nobody who can help you via phone they only deal through email,

I ordered a harness and lead for my Pug for Xmas. Lovely quality but too small. I contacted them for a returns label which came through in a few days. It was my fault that I didn't return the harness for another two weeks, but the replacement came through and it fits lovely. She looks great in it. Thank you!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!What an absolute rought of a company! Do not buy anything from UrbanPup, they take your money,but you get nothing for it. They do not answer there phones, nor emails. This needs to be escalated to a higher source, but when your from AUS to UK its very hard to get your voice heard.
