A home-run business which provides a range of massage and beauty treatments in a relaxing surrounding, with flexible hours to suit your busy lifestyle.

Based in the Ballyward area of Co. Down but able to do house calls for an additional fee - this varies depending on the location to cover travel costs, travel time and set-up time. Treatments carried out by Danielle Fairley, who is a fully qualified ITEC beauty therapist and CIBTAC nail technician, and also holds an ITEC diploma in holistic massage.

Terms & Conditions

Late or Missed Appointment Policy

Due to the nature of the treatments I provide, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will have to be rearranged.

If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice, as appointments can be filled within this time.

If you miss an appointment without notice, further appointments will not be booked without a 50% non-refundable deposit first being made.

If two appointments are missed I will not be able to book you for any further treatments unless payment is made in full at the time of booking.

Payment Policy

Valley Beauty does not have a card machine and so only accepts cash. Please notify me before treatment if you cannot afford to make full payment as all treatments must be paid for in full immediately upon completion.

Valley Beauty reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or increase prices on any treatment without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of quality and service are met. If you have any questions, please inquire when booking.

Damages and Repairs policy

If your acrylic extensions develop any faults within the first 48 hours please contact me immediately to arrange an appointment to rectify the fault.

If the fault is not reported within 48 hours, all repairs will need to be paid for. There are no exceptions. I will accept no liability for any damages after the first 48 hours. Please see Notes section of this page for aftercare advice on all treatments provided at Valley Beauty.

If you chose to remove your extensions or Gel polish without the proper care and attention being taken, I will not be held responsible for any damage made to the natural nail.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately refunds cannot be given, due to the nature of the goods sold. They cannot be reused or sold on.
