Vets Now Belfast

My dog received great care from Vets Now on a Sunday morning. Also sorted insurance and followed up with regular vets. Top class, recommended.

This is the epitome of what is wrong with this country ... my little dog had to come here on a Sunday, 'out of hours' and £545, yes five hundred and forty five pounds of hard earned money later for blood tests and a drip to re-hydrate her I collected my dog. Another £100 if I wanted her to stay over night as long as she was collected before 8 am.
I work, I needed to be in work a 8 am but could have collected around 9.30 am but ohh no, we finish at 8 and you will owe another company even more money if not collected at 8 am. I collected her that night
I personally felt raped by Vets Now, they wanted to know if I was insured which probably meant that some poor insurance company would get an even bigger touch than I got.
Owning a pet is an emotional experience and Vets Now played a blinder, I had no where else to turn but would recommend every one of you steer clear of this place and Mr Richard Dixon's near £4 million a year profit making machine as in my opinion animal welfare lags behind the company profits.

The most helpful lady I have spoken to ( dont know her name Austailian accent) needed some advice out of hours very curtious helpful and caring she put my mind at rest even called me back for an update if my girl was settled 5 star service thank you 🐶🐶🐶🐶

Found the experience awful with them, was told on the phone that they would sort all claim forms "and send them off for us". Once they got paid they didn't want to know and it was up to us to sort everything, the lady on reception was so unpleasant and very unhelpful. Very expensive vets and zero after care...
