Use these guys with my 2 dogs and couldn't ask for a more better group of guys who do take the time to get to know our dogs an what way to handle them, highly recommended big time.

Took my Cockapoo for his first full groom last week. He wasn't finished when I called back to lift him as the girls were flat out but instead of waiting around for him they left him home for me in their pet taxi free of charge. Cooper came home smelling amazing and cut just how I asked. Very happy and he will be back for his cuts when needed.

This is our second visit to VIP & our Mumphy pup has loved his experience.



The fact that he let these girls clip his nails the last day was a huge step forward & he went in today for a wash no bother.

Thank you so much for the 2 top class grooms yesterday for Goose and Daisy. They look and smell beautiful. You provide a great service for our beloved pets.

Sent my 2 weimaraners here for 1 night and i think its safe to say they had a ball. Will be back to stay again and i feel more than happy to leave them here! Great place with plenty of running space for big dogs!

My wee dog totally loves her stays in VIP,

I leave her in at least 2 days each week and she loves it!!!!

Pet taxi comes and lifts her and leaves her home again,

Highly recommended to any dog owner

Left our wee yorkie Alfie here for 2 weeks and will definitely be leaving him here again. I could check up on him and got pictures and videos back. We have left him in a few places and none of them even compare. Thanks so much VIP ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Left my dog in with VIP while I was on holiday for a week, received daily updates from VIP about my dog which definately kept my mind at rest! He got washed and groomed before being collected which was a first class job! Although I did notice a bit of peanut butter around his mouth. But all in all I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIP, professional staff,professional work and a professional place 5 ŌŁÉ’ĖÅ

I would like to say thanks so much as this was tyson first time getting cut. The girls made him feel so calm and were great with him .Thanks again well will defo be back highly recommened ..

I came here to get my little shih tzu puppy muffin groomed as she's such a messy wee pup, the staff were very friendly and chatty, and when I got my little one back I could barley recognise her, she looks so much healthier, and she smelled wonderful, even with my pup being a bit troublesome as she doesn't like fur near her face being cut, the staff done an amazing job, I will be 100% coming back and recommending VIP grooming to everyone I know

Couldn't believe the difference in the dog I brought in this morning and the one I collected just 2 hours later.. smelt heavenly and clearly didn't want to come home he had so much fun! Thank you, will definitely be back and recommending you ’┐Į’┐Į

Archie loves to play with all his furry friends and always comes home exhausted! The girls are so good with them and very professional! Highly recommend!! Also any queries or concerns the girls are more than happy to help and offer advice. They also know their limits and will advise when a vets opinion should be sought. I think I probably trust Archie in their hands more than some of the families lol. Don't hesitate, your pooch will thank you!

Left my 2 dogs to vip for a week and asked for one to be groomed and the other to be washed when we returned to lift them, the dogs were brought to us absolutely stinkin, I asked why they weren't groomed and was advised it wasn't booked in as they forgot. I received no updates on how they were getting on, I checked Facebook everyday to see if there were any pictures and there wasn't one for the whole week.To say I am very angry is an understatement as I think when any dog is there for a week or so they should have a courtesy wash as standard for returning home with there owners. My big dog had hardened muck stuck to all his legs which wasn't just there from the collection day, my dogs have allways went to vip for long stays and day care but I haven't the heart to send them back I'm so disappointed ’┐Į. I have to edit this review due to the outstanding way vip owner Marty treated us after this happened, marty contacted myself a few days later as he was away and all was explained how we felt, marty couldn't apologise enough and took the dogs to get groomed by the staff and they came back smelling great and very well groomed. Marty gave us a refund for their stay also. We can't thank him enough for understanding how we felt. Thank you again marty ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į
