My name is Dr Siobhan Graham, I am a general practitioner (family physician) from Northern Ireland passionate about preventing and managing disease with nutrition, exercise and mindfulness. Having gone through the cycle of making healthier choices in the way I eat and live, I understand how crucial it is to have support. I hope this site will be a resource to guide and inspire you to living a happier and healthier life.

It is also the story of my blog "Medicine, My brother & Me". This covers useful medical topics for both men and women, the life of my brother Christopher who has Down Syndrome, and my travels and surf trips around the world.

I love getting to know local communities where ever I travel. This involves finding out about local home remedies passed down through the generations, giving health talks when requested, and setting up exercise classes.

On this site I will be providing recipes and ideas for introducing healthier foods into your diet, as well as ideas on get stronger and fitter. I will also discuss the different diets currently trending from the high fat, low carbohydrate diet ( Aitkins diet) to eating 'raw' or 'living' foods. All recipes are gluten free and delicious!

There will be different workshops coming up which I invite you to attend. Profits will go to the charity 'superstars' which provides work and entertainment for adults with learning difficulties in Cookstown, Northern Ireland.

I have been practicing medicine since the year 2000, doing yoga since 2003, surfing on and off since 2005 and traveling the world since I was a little girl!
