Me and the team have had are hands full with this property this week, though its nothing we can’t handle. We are looking forward to the finished product.

Today will consist of plenty of paperwork, phone calls and emails. Busy week ahead of us.

Ceiling repaired due to the electrician changing the positioning of the down lights.
Ceiling painted with Dulux ultra Matt, we used this for a flat finish which is better for critical lighting.
The walls were finished in diamond matt (strong white), we done the pillars with a darker grey so that there would be a separation of each room then we finished it off with a lovely graham and brown wallpaper

O2 refresh 3 of 3 completed last week. All of these painted out of hours

Longest week and hardest week to date with that weather. The team done a fantastic job this week.
Full repaint on the exterior, front door was sprayed and pvc at the rear of the building spraying due to discolouration to match the rest of the windows. Also the bench at the back was weathered so we bleached the wood and coated it with clear satin
This was covered with our 2 year guarantee as we are associates of the Dulux select decorator scheme

Doing a refresh on the o2 buildings in Belfast and Londonderry/derry. These are being done out of hours. 1 of 3 (Belfast connswater)
Materials used for these are all supplied from Dulux in Newtownabbey.

A feature wall completed today. Lined with 1200 grade paper and then hung the paper the following day. We love paste to wall 😀😀

And we are done, that was a tough week for the team.
The exterior was powerwashed to remove all the dirt and loose paint. We raked out all the cracks, refilled them, primered and sprayed them with brilliant white Dulux weathershield masonry.
There is also a section of the pvc on the side of the property we’re the sun has made the pvc turn white. So we got the ral code and resprayed that to finish the property off.

And thats the exterior season well under way
All windows taped off today aswell as some filling. This is going to be a beauty when it is complete.

Rab came and decorated our downstairs hall, stairs and landing. Our walls, skirting and architraves weren't in great condition, so he sanded and filled them before painting. It was a really great job, done very quickly and showed great attention to detail and for a fair price too! Will definitely be recommending and getting in touch for next project.

Rab came and Papered a wall for me, in the boys bedroom. The paper was far too complicated. I was at work at the time. When I came home, there was a small area that I had wanted completed, but my husband had said that it was ok as it was. I phoned Rab and told him that I would rater that bit was papered and he came straight back and finished it for me. It was a really good job, for a good price. I was over the moon, as were the kids. Super heroes everywhere!! Thank you Rab, I would certainly recommend.

Rab and Lee worked non stop from the moment they walked through the door. This was an incredibly large job (6 rooms and hallways, stairs, landings) with each wall requiring either new plaster, new paper or new paint. Even as obstacles came up during the job (old walls falling apart), the boys went out of their way to have the work completed on time and even carried out more work than asked to ensure the finish was perfect! Already planning for the last few rooms to be completed with these guys.
