This bunch will sleep well tonight: Team Vumba went for a cross-country school around Moira Cross Country & Schooling Gallops with a couple of Newbies today. It was Faiths' (the beautiful coloured mare) first time out and she was a brave girl, taking some big leaps over those scary fences!

Team Vumba had a cold but sunny Sunday at Lusk Equestrian Centre 's One Day Event. We had so much fun (and so much cheering on from Izzy and Murphy)! Well done to Lucy Toombs with Mithril Lace getting placed 4th in the 85cm 3 phase!

Team Vumba had a busy day at the the final leg of the Summer Dressage League Laurelview. But it was worth the effort: Zebedy came 2nd in the Prelim 15 with Leah. Beanie got the 5th place in the Prelim 13. We were especially pleased with Amigo, who was placed 2nd in the Intro B class, which was the biggest class of the day. . .... . #dressage #horses #grey

Mithril Lace and Lucy Toombs are turning out to be our Dressage Queens: They are just back from the Berkeley Pony Club Championships where they took part in the Novice Team Dressage and got a great team 10th in a strong class of over 30 teams! We have a winner! Our newbie "Aghagallon" (Patrick) was just incredible today at the beautiful Kircubbin Event. With Vumba's best ever Dressage score of 20, he set off in the lead, stayed clear in the showjumping and got home in time and clear in the XC. Team Vumba had a great weekend at Vesey Lodge: with some substantial drops on the XC course we are pleased with our Eventers jumping them all bravely!
