Phoned today in a panic because I had a voucher from last Christmas which I thought might have expired. Spoke to three different staff members who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.



The voucher had just expired but the gentleman I spoke to said it was no problem and I could call in today to spend it. When I explained that I live 40 miles away and couldn't get in this side of Christmas he said to have a look on the website and phone my order through instead. I phoned it through to Tracy who was just lovely!



I was made to feel like a valued customer despite phoning on probably one of the busiest days of the year with an expired gift card! Outstanding customer service which will ensure I make the 40 mile trip to Wardens for any future homeware needs.

Perfect place to do your wedding list, staff are fantastic and they deliver for free :) couldn't have asked for a better place when picking our list!!

Have had excellent service from Wardens.Settee ordered was delivered on date . Delivery men cut felt protectors from shapes I had and were so pleasant.

Tried to use £80 worth of gift vouchers which we received last year as engagement presents. They didn’t come with gift receipts so I assumed they were bought in July so attempted to spend them today. Now as we are still is July I assumed they would still accept them. NOPE! I am raging! I honestly thought wardens would have honoured them for the month of July. Absolutely ridiculous.
