Just back from the 45 minute spin and the instructor couldn't of been any better. Took time out to show us how to position the bikes. Absolutely brilliant workout too!!

Great gym. All the machines and weights you will ever need. Only problem is they don't open early every morning. Apart from that it's spot on.

Spot on,its just very cold been you get out of water, so could do with that heating slightly turned up a tad!! That's always been my only complaint!

I have always had a fear of water. I’m almost 50 and decided I was going to try to learn to swim. My hubby decided he would take on the task to teach me. From day 1 I felt comfortable in the pool. Obviously initially in the 3 foot pool faffing about. When I felt like giving up two members of staff Lisa and paddy kept encouraging me. 7 months later I am jumping in the deep end and swam 10 lengths this week, not very graceful but I’m swimming. I cannot explain how good this feels after bring terrified of water all my life. Undoubtedly both Lisa and paddy helped me get where I am along with my hubby of course. Waves should be very proud to have two such dedicated and friendly members of staff. From a very thankful swimmer. �

Excellent pool, proper deep water, old style gender specific changing rooms, warm showers, clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff, love my Monday morning swim. Would recommend to all. �

good... would be better if you could pay your membership by cash

Went to take son in and told it was closed at 6 but it says it's opened till 10. Swimming classes were on but no signs were up about it very disappointed won't be back

Perfect apart from the changing rooms which have clothes occupying the cubicles especially at lesson time - need to enforce use of team rooms!
