You simply couldn't get a better venue for a wedding. The staff were absolutely fantastic and the hotel was just beautiful. No request went unanswered, anything that we wanted was made possible, even if it was asked for last minute. Paddy and Ronan were so attentive and had everything organised perfectly. If you're looking for a beautiful venue, exquisite food and fabulous staff to ensure your wedding day goes perfectly, I couldn't recommend the Westville more.

We can't thank Paddy, Sophie and Ronan enough for making our wedding day fantastic. The hotel staff made sure my new wife and I had everything we asked for and more. No request was too big or too much. They did all the hard work setting up the venue exactly as we wanted and worked late the night before to ensure it was perfect, moving tables, changing place settings and ensuring everything was perfect. The staff are simply fantastic at what they do and deserve credit for all their hard work. The food was magnificent and the staff were so attentive to guests needs. No glass was ever empty and every plate was cleaned as the food was delicious. We would advise anyone planning a wedding to visit this venue. It cannot be faulted. Thank you again to all the staff for making our day fantastic.

The Westville ensured the best day of our life was simply perfect. They went above and far beyond the requirements of a wedding. Paddy the manager was there every step of the way to ensure we had everything we wanted and more. Ronan and Sophie the event planners had everything organised to perfection. They took the stress out of wedding planning and were incredibly attentive to the wedding party and every guest that attended. We would recommend anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue, where you are treated as royalty to choose the Westville. The whole experience was simply fantastic and that's only thanks to the great staff and set-up they have. We'd love to do it all again. We'll be back to renew our vows!

Stayed there last night for 1st year anniversary and the hotel staff were amazing, left a lovely card in the room and a beautiful slate with strawberries and macaroons on it along with a jar of fresh cookies. They also upgraded us for our anniversary and the room was beautiful, lovely decor and exceptionally clean

Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

Stayed here 9.7.18 for the Culicagh Mountain package

First impressions where what a lovely clean and bright reception area, the service was easy fast and checked in quick with all the right questions asked and answered.

Room was spacious and clean as I would have excepted.

Part of our package included an evening meal (3 courses) which was lovely and perfect amount

Breakfast next morning was lovely as well and upon leaving our lunch was ready for us to take up the mountain walk with us,

All in all lovely spot close by everything and lovely place to stay for one night (for us) or however longer

Highly recommend

Room was lovely, modern and very spacious, food was gorgeous for both breakfast and evening meal, excellent facilities - at the bar I asked for drinks menu and was offered that if there was something that I would like that was not on the menu they would make it for me. Would definitely recommend this hotel and only 5 minutes walk to town centre and Tesco 2 minutes from Tesco

I’ve meant to write a review a couple of times after being to the Westville. We love it. We even had our little boys Christening here � The food is fab but to be honest the staff make the whole meal even better. We have two young children 4 & 18 mths, the staff are always great with them but today they were brilliant. They chatted to them, let them see behind the bar, gave them strawberries and really took an interest in them. The guys who were working today are an asset to your company and deserve an awful lot of credit � thanks so much Alan, Cheryl, Tori and Charlie Veitch

I just wanted to thank the hotel management and staff for providing me with the function room for my fundraising event last Thursday night & putting up a lovely layout as well as providing us with tea & coffee. The staff that were on duty on the night could not have done enough for us to ensure we had everything we needed. I just want to let you know I appreciate your generosity & kindness. I had my civil partnership reception in the Westville and to say that everything was wonderful is an understatement. The staff, especially Sophie Swift, was extremely helpful, particularly in the planning process, and very attentive during the day, while also managing to blend into the background, a difficult feat to pull off. Nothing was too much for them, including driving some guests to the Ardhowen for a Lough Erne boat tour that we had planned. Additionally, the chef was very accommodating about working around my peanut allergy, ensuring that the entire meal was nut free. The food was fantastic and plentiful; all of our guests gave the dinner rave reviews. Our reception was held in the Terrace Restaurant and my family, who was staying at the Westville and had breakfasted in the dining room, were blown away by how transformed it was. They also had nothing but good things to say about the room they were in and the other meals they had throughout their stay. We were also extremely impressed with the bridal suite and the personal touches the hotel made for us I give it my highest recommendation. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would.

Great venue, shame there's not more parking. I was there for a wedding August 2016 and the food etc was amazing and was there again last night for a charity dance and great night. Couple of little gripes would have to be poor parking facilities and 3 members of bar staff at a huge function with one collecting and sorting glasses and the other 2 serving - took a long long time to get served. Otherwise it's great place to be

First time here, we had made a mistake on the booking date. The lovely young lady at reception couldn't do eonugh to help us. The staff seem young but are so well mannered and helpful. Rooms are fab and clean and the food was great, so enjoyable.

It's great when you book somewhere and it turns out better than expected, this is one such place. Keep up the good work, and thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic couple of nights! Hotel is handy to everything. The food in both the bar and the restaurant superb with a really magnificent breakfast choice to start your day. I am sorry to say we as a family were very disappointed last night in the restuarant ..My husband booked it for my Birthday and 30th Wedding Anniversary as a surprise. It was our first time to visit here.. He requested balloons and was told it wouldnt be a problem but request was not carried out .The service was very slow and the food lacked quality and flavour.. I definately will not be recommending your Hotel ... :(

Stay away from room 108!! Ended up checking out at 730 this morning as we were kept awake all night by a drilling noise in our room!!! Complained all night staff very unhelpful apart from girl who checked us out this morning!! Have recorded the drilling noise from we arrived until 5/6 this morning!! Definitely not worth the money and definitely won’t be back!!
