She gave myself, mum & sister her full attention from start to finish, with her professional opinion on style, colour and any other questions we had. She couldn't have been more helpful. It was the 4th shop I'd been to, and I was feeling really deflated. But when I walked into this shop I knew instantly I'd find my dress there. The choice of dresses is miles better, far more chic than any other the other shops I'd been to and the customer service is incredible. Carla, Eva and Ruth were so brilliant. They gave me their honest opinion when I needed it and they listed to me and were super patient, kind and they made the process really fun. They work with an an amazing tailor and everything is organised perfectly. I wish I could have the wedding day all over again and I'd choose this shop every time. It probably sounds really weird for a customer to say this, but I miss seeing Carla and Eva! xxx

THE place to buy your Wedding Dress! I cannot complement them enough! The shop itself is beautiful with private areas and huge mirrors and seating areas, the perfect setting to try on dresses. I met Carla first who gave me an opportunity to choose some dresses that I would like to try on, she then gave me a suggestion that she felt would be perfect for me based on what I had said about the dresses and what I was looking for. It was a Maggie Sottero dress and it was absolutely stunning and made me feel beautiful however being the cautious bride I wanted to look around. She put no pressure at all on me and I enjoyed the visit very much, she was even happy for me to take pictures, which most places do not allow. I visited a few other shops but could not get that dress out of my mind. I went back and that was the dress I bought. It was really perfect! The shop also has plenty of accessories that you could try on to see the potential final ensemble. Eva completed the sale for me. Both Carla and Eva were so helpful and easily contactable via email or phone and the whole experience from choosing the dress, measuring, fitting, adjustments, storage, and pick up was absolutely perfect! The pricing was also good in comparison to others! I would definitely recommend them to all. Thank you so much!

Now that the wedding bubble is definitely burst I am getting round to writing all the reviews for each of the suppliers. Windsor & Eton brides provided my dress, veil and alterations. The service I received at every appointment I attended was excellent, my dress was beautiful and I received so many compliments! I have to make a special shout out to Eva who spent a lot of time with me making sure every single detail of the dress was perfect, all the beading and diamante was in tact. I must add my dress was a sample so it required more alterations as I bought it as it was, still in great condition though! I am so glad I chose Windsor & Eton Brides to find my dress, I would recommend all bride to be's to come and see Eva and the other lovely ladies Carla & Ruth. Thanks to all at Windsor & Eton Brides, my dress was perfect and my veil too!

I would really recommend Windsor and Eton Brides (and have done already)! We had a late appointment and got stuck in traffic so were 20mins late and arrived flustered - Eva was very understanding and quickly put us at ease. I chose a few dresses from the rails with help from my bridesmaid and started trying them on. Eva gave honest feedback once Me, mum and my bridesmaid had said what We thought (and it wasnвҖҷt that every one was amazing! Which was refreshing) and she then nipped away and came back with some more dresses that addressed the feedback. ItвҖҷs a small shop but they have a huge selection of dresses. After trying about 10 on I thought IвҖҷd found вҖңthe dressвҖқ but wanted to sleep on it. There was no pressure to buy there and then. We went to one more shop the next day and then back to see Eva to buy вҖңthe dressвҖқ! ItвҖҷs now tucked up in its bag Until my big day.

Together we found my perfect dress and I felt like a princess on my wedding day. You MUST visit this place for the most amazing experience! You will be in very safe hands and these girls have passion for their work and clearly love what they do! I was genuinely sad when I collected my dress the day before my wedding that my experience was over and I wouldn't see Carla and Eva's smiley faces again!

From the first to the last appointment nothing was ever an issue, they made me feel like very relaxed during every visit.

They recommended a seamstress, Jennifer who again was amazing and who was so easy to deal with.

At the very last minute I decided to buy the veil from here, which was ordered over the phone and delivered within 2 dayвҖҷs.

Carla was very helpful for me to find my dream dress. She listened what I asked, analyzed my body type and pointed me to the right direction. After an appointment in another store that didn't go very well Carla calm me down and made me see the light in the end of the tunnel. She never pushed me to buy anything, actually after my first appointment I liked one of the dresses and she asked me to come again and try another one that she thought I would like as well.
