Physical Activity Programmes for Women in Belfast

WISPA is a cross community women’s project which works to identify gaps existing in today’s communities with regards to women’s health, providing increased opportunities to access affordable fun based physical activity programmes of choice.

The ethos of the programmes we offer is that the women themselves decide what activity they want to do, when it runs and where it runs. This allows women to feel ownership and to remove the potential barriers that stopped them from taking part in similar programmes.
