I recommend that people do not consider purchasing wallpaper from this shop. I purchased 3 rolls of expensive walllaper assuming that like all other retailers if I had any unused rolls they could be returned. Having one surplus unused roll when I went to return it I was met with an flippant and abrupt 'and what are going to do with it'. It's company policy' was the grossly unhelpful response. When asked why I was not told at the point of purchase I was told 'there is no need'. Unlike most retailers they do not have notice if their policy in public view.
After 15 mins their approach was deplorable from a customer service perspective with no movement whatsoever.
Their web-site says you will receive excellent customer service - you mostly definitely do not.
Not a pleasant experience at all.
