Yoga + Therapy Description

Yoga + Therapy was created to offer an interconnected system and holistic approach that merges Psychotherapy methods, an accessible and functional Yoga practise, and breathwork, in order to support our growth towards wellness. Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and development towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle.

Everything we feel and do relates to our wellbeing and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in our life, we need physical and psychological wellness.

The Yoga + Therapy approach is based on the theory that, in order to foster physical and psychological wellness, personal growth, recovery (mental and /or physical), and performance (work and /or sport related), we need to develop a deeper consciousness of our mind and body and, crucially, of our own needs.
