About Youth Of Uganda
Youth of Uganda (YOU) launched in 2019 after 19 individuals connected to Belfast Sydenham Salvation Army went on mission in 2018 to Uganda, Kampala.
Youth Of Uganda Description
The Salvation Army is an International Christian Church working in 128 countries and has more than 800 local churches in the UK and Ireland.
Belfast Sydenham Corps (Church) is a local expression of The Salvation Army, situated at 13 Station Mews, BT4 1TL, just off the Holywood Road in East Belfast.
**Next year (July 2018) 19 individuals who attend or have a connection with our church will head out on a mission trip to Uganda. While in Uganda we will carry out a number of projects in Salvation Army centres. We will visit two Salvation Army sites (Kampala Community Centre and Kampala Home of Joy) as well as carrying out programmes in the slums. **

CAFÉ HYMN is BACK on Sunday 24th February 2019 @ 6PM.
YOU (Youth of Uganda) will be hosting the second Café Hymn event at Belfast Sydenham Salvation Army. This year donations will be in aid of the work of YOU ahead of the next mission trip in 2020. We are also delighted on this evening to be supporting Jonathan Boyd who will be heading out to India this year with Saphara.
We invite you to join us for the evening sharing some of the best church hymns and enjoying some delightful desserts and tea and coffee for two worthy causes.

This will allow us the opportunity to work for the longer term, transforming communities, improving health and education and the lives of young people within Uganda.
