After spending nearly 30 years working in the media and health sectors Anna Taggart established “Yummy Bakes” in 2012. Her goal was to establish an artisan bakery that remained true to traditional baking values yet at the same offered the customer a flexible and convenient proposition.

Based on family recipes handed down over four generations and using only the finest of locally sourced Irish Butter, Fresh Eggs, Soda Bread Flour …… all products are lovingly made by hand, instantly blast frozen and supplied directly to the customer. Yummy Bakes delivers over 100 years of uncompromised baking with the modern convenience of a ready to bake product.
