The worst I have ever come across dumped some tennents, haven't done reference checks, didn't take deposit either said took 2 months. didn't bother who were coming in didn't want to waste time in getting her management fee so dumped a trouble some couple which cost £3000 to fix my house. So ruthless whilst I was away when dad passed away took advantage of the situation done all sort of repairs which weren't needed or authorised by me and send me bill for £700. Please keep your house empty go to anyone even they are expensive do not use one property services. T
