We were treated to a meal here as a 30th birthday gift with our friends last night and it was absoutely amazing. The service was really good, delicious food and my husband had the lamb and said it’s by far the best lamb he has ever tasted.



Great atmosphere and because you can see all the meals being made the smell drifts around the whole restaurant and you just get so excited for each course to arrive.

We went for a meal last night after looking to go for months and absolutely loved it! All 6 courses were so delicious and the service was first class.

We had the most amazing meal last night, thank you. Came along for the 1st time for our anniversary and every dish was fantastic. My husband had the wine pairing and would recommend that! Service was fab and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We will definitely be back.

Visited for 1st time yesterday on an Itison deal. Excellent value and exceptional food beautifully presented. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Paid extra for the wine pairing which didn't disappoint. Had to wait for our table but were offered a free drink on the house to compensate. Restaurant was very busy but this didn't affect the service or quality. Will definitely be back and can't wait to try 6 by Nico.

The Trust menu is, without exaggeration, phenomenal. As regulars at 111 and the sister restaurant, Six, we have come to expect high quality cuisine and innovative flavour combinations from Nico and his team and Trust did not disappoint. We started with the snacks; ewe's curd 'ice cream' cones, beef and oyster tartar and crispy cod cheek. The tartar was delicious and the cod the juiciest fish I've ever had. The food genuinely made me feel happy eating it. The rest of the meal was of an equally high standard. We both had the mackerel for the amuse bouche which was paired well with lightly picked cucumber and dill. I went for the fish dishes; Tarbet crab, smoked salmon, hebridian skate. All cooked perfectly and the matching wines enhanced the subtle flavours. My husband went for the meatier dishes; lamb belly, Ayrshire pork jowl and rabbit. The flavours were more robust but equally delicious. We finished off with the golden peach and lambrusco desserts. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the ingredients and wine. Our waiter, Tom, even came back to explain my dessert wine to me as I had been in the toilets when he served it. Excellent food, excellent service and an excellent experience.

Every dish was stunning and plated to perfection with superb wines to match. The Stone Bass with peanut was my favourite! Heard so much about this restaurant and we weren’t disappointed, every dish was exceptional. We deliberately chose different dishes from the menu to have our own little taster meal! It was genuinely outstanding and excellent service from the staff. We so look forward to returning very soon.

Had the Tuesday taster menu and it was really fabulous. Well thought out and crafted.



Staff so approachable, we were stuck in traffic but they did everything to accommodate and we still had a fabulous evening.

Had a really amazing food experience tonight. Took my brother for his birthday and we both loved it. Quite possibly the best meal I've ever had. Possibly better than any of my Michelin star experiences. The flavours and presentation were perfect. Service exceptional and lovely atmosphere on a dreary Wednesday evening. If you haven't been, you must try this place.

Got a voucher as a gift and have got to say the food was great very well presented and tasted fab. The service was very efficient and waiters/ waitress had a great knowledge of the food and ingredients in the dishes we had.

I will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes.

Fantastic food in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Great service and attention to detail. The taster menu and wine flight were perfectly matched. The staff were really helpful and adapted two items on the tasting menu for my friend who is a vegetarian. I can’t wait to go back. �

Fantastic food great flavour and overall ethos underpin this local fine dining served from an unassuming location in a 1930s parade in Kelvinside. Really well priced sufficent that I will be going here with my wife every month from now till the end of time.

Excellent meal again. The hake dish was delicious I could’ve had 2 plates!! We had a voucher We got on the Black Friday sale and didn’t even notice the expiry date however as a goodwill gesture they let us use £30 of the £50. Have been here about 4/5 times and I’ve loved my meal every time!

Enjoyed another gorgeous meal last night here. Amazing food and attentive service. Loved the fish courses and the Turkish delight dessert was a true delight!

Best dinner I’ve ever eaten from start to finish. Tried things I wouldn’t normally like and was blown away by the flavours in each dish. Service was impeccable and the surroundings were clean and fresh. Waiters very knowledgeable about the food can’t wait to come back and do the taster and wine taster menu �

Absolutely sensational food and an amazing overall experience! The best value for money fine dining tasting menu you’ll find anywhere in Glasgow!! An absolute must go. Modou and the team are hugely talented and Nico has developed an incredible team!!
