They saved me quite a lot of money when I brought a car for a pre-purchase inspection. Detailed inspection carried out in 123van uncovered many hidden faults and basically saved me from buying a car that was dangerous to drive and not economical to repair.

That will be my garage of choice, seems as a place you can trust, and that's scarce nowadays. Real gem between garages.

I have had a problem with my Audi A3 for a long time now and have taken it to various garages, who either have not been able to identify the issue or have dismissed it, telling me there was nothing wrong.

When I went to 123Van they took the time to listen to what I had been experiencing with regard to the issue with my car. They did various checks on the car and suggested what it could be. I left the car with them to have a look at and know that they spent a decent amount of time on it. The problem has at last been fixed.

I have now been back a few times to this garage and every time they have been really helpful and know what they are talking about.

If you want a garage who will take the time to listen to you and will not be condescending to you, because your knowledge of mechanics isn't as good as theirs and will then also take the time to make sure they do a thorough and quality job, then don't look any further.
