We would ask kindly but firmly that if you make an appointment that you are unable to attend for any reason that you let us know asap.
1302 work extremely hard, opening more hours than any other salon in order to accommodate the amount of clients we have and since opening our new salon in Lindsayfield, to welcome the abundance of new clientele who have decided to use us.
... We carry out courtesy calls the day before to every client and if unavailable we leave a voicemail, so there is no way that anyone doesn't hear from us.
If a client doesn't show it is quite simply stopping another from having an appointment, and as most of you know we are extremely busy all the time, so the waiting time normally is a few weeks.
All our staff are hard working professionals who love what they do and more often than not bend over backwards to accommodate everyone they can, sometimes missing lunch breaks to do so, they do not like turning up to work with no clients!
All it takes is a quick call, an email or a facebook message to let us know you are unable to attend and we can offer it to someone else.

What can I say! My first time at the salon today and I've walked out a new person! Cannot thank the girls enough, not only for fixing my hair but for their fantastic hospitality!! As a naturally anxious in new situations kind of person, this lifted the second I walked through the door! So welcoming and genuinely friendly atmosphere - looking forward to my next visit! I went here for the first time yesterday. From messaging to get an appointment to getting my hair done the service was amazing. Amanda coloured my hair and totally restyled it to the style and colour I was looking for. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to get back. Thanks Ladies xxx
